"So you are spending Christmas with your calculas teacher?"

I smiled at Denise who is in Ace's room right now "I only spent Christmas eve with them." I said as I laid down on my bed placing my laptop in front of me.

"They invited me to a lot of their plans that I am excited about" I said making her smile, "You seem happy. I love that for you" She said.

Ace's favourite holiday was Christmas so this is always a hard time for her. "Let's get back to how you are moving to Mexico" I said.

"Yes, how do you feel about that?" She asked, "I feel like I am being abandoned." I said making her laugh. "You know that you are welcome to visit anytime."

"How are you doing Denise?" I asked, "I miss him a lot Evangelina as do you but I am moving on for the better. He would want you to move on to." She said.

"Yes I know but it's just really hard" I said as I rubbed my face. "You are scared of falling in love again aren't you?" She asked. "It's just really scary" I said.

"He loved you Evangelina more than anything all he would want for you is to be happy. I understand it may be scary but sometimes we need to face our fears, promise me that you will at least try." She said.

"No promises but I will at least try. Just for you" I said making her smile. "Thank you. Send your family my love merry christmas Evangelina" She said. "Merry christmas Denise" I said as I waved and hung up.

I walked out of my room and made my way downstairs over to the vending machines. "Are you honestly fucking kidding me right now?" I asked as I banged the machine again.

"You are just bad luck" I looked over to see Mr.Ricci wearing a black tee shirt with red plaid pyjamas. "No such thing" I said as he hit it once and a bunch of things dropped.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" We looked over to see a group of people hugging each other saying merry christmas to each other.

I looked at my watch to see it says 12:00am, "Merry christmas to you good sir!" I said and immediately regretted it. Why did those words just come out of my mouth?

He smiled at me as he grabbed some of the snacks, "Merry christmas to you to Evangelina" He said as I grabbed some of the snacks.

He walked me back over to my floor and I walked inside to see Aaron wide awake. "Where is tonio?" I asked as I closed the door behind me.

"Sleepover with his friends" He said as I sat down, my parents are in the other room yelling at each other. "Are you okay?" I asked as I gave him some of my snacks, "I think you should go for it" He said.

"Go for what?" I asked as I opened up my ketchup chips, "Your little relationship with your math teacher" He said making me cough. "What? Huh?" I asked.

"Don't deny it. I see the way you look at him" He said, "There is no relationship" I said making him nod. "But if the opportunity presents itself, I am telling you to go for it." He said.

"Why are they arguing?" I asked referring to my parents. "I have no idea" He said just as my parents walked into the living room. "Well since you two are here, me and your mother are getting a divorce." My dad said.

"What the fuck?" Aaron asked as he stood up clearly upset while I rubbed my face. "Yes we are getting divorce because your mother can't keep her legs closed like the slut she is." My dad said making me look up at him.
