"What time did you wake up?"

I disconnected my headphones from my phone placing the call on speaker. "4:34 am. I just finished my run." I said as I unlocked my front door and walked inside. "Who runs at this time?" Lisa asked as I closed and locked the door behind me.

"Me. What kind of question is that?" I asked as I turned on the light. "I want to meet the girl who helped Eva out" She said as I walked into the kitchen. "You only want to meet her because I told you how she disrespected me and pissed me off." I said as I opened my fridge.

I grabbed a water bottle as she cackled, "Precisely" She said as I closed the fridge door. "You are so easy to piss off so it's not her fault" She added as I twisted off the cap. "Bye Lisa" I said as I hung up on my sister and chugged my water.

I threw out the empty bottle as I walked up the stairs into my bedroom and then eventually into my bathroom. I turned on my shower as I took off my clothes and took a very steamy shower since I had no time for the sauna today.

I wrapped a towel around my torso as I walked into my closet, I got dressed wearing a green dress shirt with black dress pants. The school I teach at currently has a dress code for teachers but not students, that doesn't make any sense to me but it's not my school.

I made my way downstairs into my office and sat down at my table, I organized the evaluations that I already marked and grabbed a red pen I grabbed the last one I had to mark since I got tired last night, of course, it's Evangelina's.

I quickly went through it and she scored perfect, unlike her peers she writes in cursive and remembers what she was taught last year so hopefully she will not struggle in my class,  she better not considering she was number one in all of her subjects last year.

I put everything into my bag and then dropped that in my car, I opened up my garage as I put on my seatbelt and started up my car. I pulled out of my car and then closed it before speeding out of my driveway. I contemplated getting coffee but ultimately chose not to.

I parked in my designated spot at school then got out of my car, I locked the doors as I began to walk towards the school.

I eventually made it to my classroom and sat down, I put everyone's grades into my mark book which led me to look at their grades from last year in any math they took so I could get a better image.

I have decided not to start teaching anything until the second week of school so everyone can settle in properly.

Today and the rest of the week would just be getting to know each other. I have been teaching at this school for the past four years now I think the teachers especially the women love me.

The men idolize me while the students also like me simply because I don't give out a lot of work and I always push deadlines back simply because I don't feel like marking.

So far I've had two classes down, third period is now starting. I give a ten-minute grace period when classes start, if you come to my class within ten minutes after the bell has rang you aren't late.

If you come after that I have to mark you late, I took attendance as everyone settled down. "So I marked everyone's evaluation," I said as I grabbed the papers for this class.

"Like I said before this is just for me to see where everyone is at and what you guys remember. If you did well I added your mark to mark book but if it isn't good I didn't add it" I said as I stood up.
