"The sky is the limit." That's what her father used to say. It was one of his favorite quotes and one of the reasons he'd named her Sora, the other being her sky blue hair and eyes. He always pushed her to follow her dreams and...

Sora hummed as she baked with a gentle smile dancing across her lips as she thought of her dinner with Hawks the evening before. She was giddy at the thought of them getting to have dinner again. Her pesky pixie friends hovered around her, most giggling and celebrating her cheery mood, save for Locke who was moping. Once her artistic creations were complete she headed to the display case. She arranged the cockatiel meringue cookies, the golden turmeric, ginger and orange peel caterpillar shaped eclairs, and the cute nutella cream filled cat pastries in a beautiful array before stepping back to admire her handiwork. They'd turned out cuter than she'd expected.
Once she'd finished getting everything ready to open for the day, she straightened out her lace trim apron and headed for the door, "come on, Henry." She called to the manic pixie imbued in the sidewalk sign as he ran around the tables bumping into all the chairs as he went.
Henry nearly knocked her over as he chased after her giggling. Sora laughed at the rambunctious pixie and opened the door. As she ushered Henry onto the sidewalk she noticed a shabby haggard looking man with long shaggy dark hair, bloodshot eyes and some slightly unkempt stubble standing outside. Was he homeless? She'd never seen him at the nearby homeless shelter before whenever she delivered leftovers. He looked like he could use a meal and a lot of coffee.
Sora approached him with a warm smile and spoke up gently not wanting to startle him. "Excuse me sir, would you like some pastries and coffee? They're on the house." She offered.
An eruption of loud raucous laughter from across the street startled them both. Sora looked across the street to see a man wearing a punk styled outfit with long blonde hair that was currently defying the laws of gravity standing at the crosswalk doubling over laughing. "She thought you were homeless!" He cackled.
The man, she'd mistaken as homeless, shot the blonde a glare before turning to look at a now mortifyingly embarrassed Sora as her face flushed scarlet. Before he could say anything she dropped into an apologetic bow. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! That was horribly rude of me!" She squealed before retreating to the bakery like a coward too mortified to face them.
The blonde's laughter followed her all the way into the bakery. She went to hide behind the counter while mentally kicking herself. A moment later she heard a loud thud as if someone had gotten hit and the laughter abruptly stopped, it was replaced with a loud 'ow' and some other exclamation she couldn't quite make out. Still too embarrassed to look out the window, Sora busied herself with wiping down the espresso machine for the third time that morning.
Once everything calmed down, the tinkling of the whimsical bells at the door drew her attention. She blanched as she spotted the haggard looking man with the long shaggy dark hair and the noisy man with the tall blonde hair. Realizing she was being rude by staring at them she offered them an awkward smile, "w-welcome." Her voice cracked a little.
The blonde snickered, still in stitches over the misunderstanding that had transpired moments ago. His annoyed companion shot him a scowl and looked as if he were going to tell him to shut up. Before he could get a word out, a very angry broom lunged forward, smacking the blonde aggressively with its flared out bristles.
