Xisuma: Royal advisor to the king
Techno: Head of Royal gaurd and a prince (adopted by phil)
Wels: Techno's right hand man, personal gaurd, and impulse control
Tommy: Prince that causes lots of chaos (adopted)
Grian: Tommy's partner in crime and personal assistant
Tubbo: less of a chaotic prince than Tommy, but loves to cause problems nonetheless (adopted)
Wilbur: Prince (adopted) [I gotta figure out a description for him]
Joe: Runs the library
Cleo & False: Soldiers in Techno's army
Dream: Opposing king that wants their land
George: Oppising king, married to Dream
Sapnap: Head of Royal gaurd
Scar: Dream's Royal advisor
