Present: Chapter 10

"It really brings out your eyes"

Dabi, stared at Twice who was staring back at him "so...who gets the last piece of pizza" Toga said. Hawks flexed his wings "the obvious most mature way Toga" he said. Twice nodded slowly still eyeing Dabi. Dabi narrowed his eyes at Twice not moving. 

"okay guys when I say start," Hawks said "you go for it" The villains both nodded. "ready...set...GO!" Hawks yelled.

"ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, SHOOT" They both said in unison. "aw fuck!" Dabi complained seeing as he got scissors and Twice chose rock. Shigaraki decided to walk in at that time to see Twice lift his mask and down the pizza slice in about 3 seconds.

Shigaraki's face was unseeable, via the hand on his face but he was obviously wondering what the fuck was going on and why murderers were playing rock paper scissors with the number two hero.

"uh...so anyway," Shigaraki muttered "Hawks your going to have earn our trust even more" Dabi fixed his eyes on Hawks who stiffened clearly unhappy "come on am I really that untrustworthy?" He asked.

"yes" said everyone in the room.

Hawks sighed. Dabi had to say yes because he knew Hawks was going to betray them no matter what he said. The only thing that seemed to come out of Hawks's mouth were lies. Dabi shook away those thoughts and tried to focus on Shigaraki's words.

"so the only way to really gain our trust is to do something a hero wouldn't be physically  able to do" Shigaraki said. "well? You've been hyping it up! What is it?" Hawks said sounding annoyed. Shigaraki gently took the hand off his face "kill someone" he said.

Dabi notice Hawks's slight change of posture. He was so good at lying "ppft that's all? Easy peasy lemon squeezy" he said

*****time skip boi's****

Nothing was easy, peasy, or lemon squeezy. Hawks paced back and forth, kill someone? That was taking it to a new level. But, he didn't want to let the Hero Commission down...or Endeavor this was his chance to prove that he could be a hero. 

Hawks groaned, who was he kidding he couldn't do this. "having trouble Redbird" a voice said. Hawks barely jumped to see Dabi sitting on the outside of the window. He hopped in his blue eyes unnerving. He really looked like Touya, right he was Touya....

Hawks ruffled his wings forcing the feathers down "how the hell did you even get up here, there's no balcony, fire escape or anything?" Hawks asked. Dabi waved his hands "magic" he said. Hawks rolled his eyes "okay Dabi" he muttered. 

"conflicted on killing?" Dabi asked. The hero turned to him a moment, sometimes he forgot how smart Touya could be "why does it matter I'm going to do it" he said. Hawks took a moment to realize what he had just said. 

"cool, cool...but if you don't I'm going to snitch. I mean- I give a new meaning to the words snitches get stitches" Dabi joked. Hawks was silent, staring at him as he laughed at his own joke. 

He walked over and pushed Dabi out the window. Dabi let out a short scream then a portal appeared in the middle of the room and he fell out onto the floor and muttered "ow" 

Hawks glared at him "okay, fine I get it," Dabi said sitting up "you don't wan't unstable killers in your humble abode" he finished, standing. "yeah basically" Hawks said thinking, I just don't want you in my 'humble abode' 

Slowly Dabi walked out the door making a show of pretending to be hurt, once he muttered 'ow my pancreas' Hawks slammed the door on him.

He turned and took a breath, now who to kill?

Hawks had decided on Best Jeanist, no one would notice for a wile. He had been out of action for a wile. (btw I know Best Jeanist not dead but- he is now NOT CANNONLY)

Hawks stood in the room breathing heavily trying to keep it together. He had just killed Best Jeanist. Why was there so much blood? He glanced down at Best Jeanist's body. Hawks swallowed feeling queasy. Blood splattered almost every corner of the room. Soaking Hawks's clothes with the horrible smell, smearing his face with red, staining his clothes. 

The reality was slowly sinking in about what he had just done but Hawks forced back the screams of horror. "well damn" said a voice. Hawks looked up to see Dabi walked in from the door "I didn't think you'd actually do it" he said sounding shocked, trying to avoid the blood everywhere. 

Hawks nodded vaguely "yeah...I don't lie" he muttered his voice black with shock. Dabi looked around as though admiring what the hero had done "so...why is there so much blood?" he asked. Hawks slowly put his feather back in place hating the feel of the blood smothering his feathers. 

"I-I pulled a feather to kill him and he got it to quickly and tried to kill me instead-tried to restrain me" he responded correcting himself. Dabi nodded slowly "uh huh so you had a whole fight or some shit?" he questioned. "yeah..." Hawks said.

Dabi's eyes rested on Hawks and he couldn't help think how hot he looked covered in blood. "you know you should kill people more often," he said

"all the blood, It really brings out your eyes"

I wrote this at 12:17 and my eyes are burning. I spent FOREVER looking for the chapter when Hawks 'killed' Best Jeanist and couldn't find it so I just said fuck it.
