Occupation: Dragonet minder in Thorn's palace, Coal's girlfriend.
Personality: Darner is kind, smart, and also firm but funny. She is the perfect dragon to be a dragonet minder, especially for the tribe that has hazardous scorpion tails. Though she seems perfect, she also has the vain streak that all Rainwings have and also gets extremely grumpy when she hasn't had sun or food in a while. Darner doesn't really have any Hivewing personality, seeing as she was raised in the Rainforest, totally oblivious to her Hivewing heritage.
Abilities: Rainwing acid, and all scales but her black ones can change colors, plus she has Hivewing wings.
Backstory: Darner never really had an eventful life. Apart from being strange-looking, meeting her boyfriend Coal, being friends with Blackbird and the other hybrids, and moving to Thorn's stronghold, she didn't exactly stand out in history... until the Hivewings came...
It is unknown how she ended up in the Rainwing hatchery, who her parents are, or where she came from.
