We were all at the gas station grabbing candy and chips. basically everything. "I'm inviting everyone. "VIP only" my ass." Aisha said. "I still don't understand how we're gonna buy alcohol." i said looking at the beer. "Oh, please, never underestimate the power of the Hawk." Eli said grabbing a case of beer out of the fridge and walking to the cash register.
"Sup? Oh, did you catch the game last night? See Puig with the walk-off?" he said "No, man, but I heard he flipped the bat to the moon." the guy said. i grabbed a magazine and started looking through it. "Yeah, I was at the bar last night with my buddies from work. The whole place went wild." i rolled my eyes at that.
"I wanted to go, but my girlfriend dragged me to some lame-ass play." he said. "Bitches will be bitches." Eli said. "Yeah. So how much it gonna cost?" "Gotta check your ID first." "l'm flattered." Eli said laughing. "Do you really think l'm underage? That's my friend's kid right there." he said pointing the kid to me. "Yeah, I still need to see it. It's required by law." "Oh, yeah, for sure. Just upholding the law." he said pulling his fake id out and giving it to him. "And how about eight bottles of that vodka right there?"
We got to the canyon and got everything set up. as i was talking with Demetri when Yasmine and her group pulled up to the place. i looked up to see them all talking then i looked at moon to see her starring at Eli. She started walking towards Hawk to go talk to him. i rolled my eyes and walked away with Demetri to go get another couple drinks from one of the coolers and chug them. "you know mom is going to kill us when we get home." Demetri said. "who cares?" i said chugging down the last drink. "i'm going to get more, you want me to get you one?" i said walking back to the cooler. "nope i'm good." Demetri said. "okay."
Later when it was dark out and i was talking with Demetri and i looked over to see hawk making out with Moon. "oh my God." I said looking away from them. "you good y/n? it's hawk isn't it?" Demetri said. "no of course not, he can kiss whoever he wants and I'm not stopping him, it's not like me and him were together in the first place." I said going to grab another beer from the cooler. "oh I got the last one." Demetri said. "do you think we could get going in a little bit?" i said. "um yeah sure one minute." he said going to talk to hawk. i started my way up to the parking area that was full of cars but half way there I saw Aisha and Yasmine having an argument. I walked over to them just in time to see Aisha front wegie Yasmine. I started to laugh so hard as she ran by me. "I guess payback is a bitch Yasmine!" I yelled to her after she passed me. I made it back to the parking lot when i saw Robby and Sam getting out of her car "hey Sam, hey Robby." i said waving and walking up to them.
"hey y/n you two know each other?" she said "yeah me and Robby met at the skate park." i said looking at them both. "that's nice, do you happen to know where Miguel is? my mom took my phone and i haven't been able to respond to him." she said. "yeah he should be down the hill and by the fire pit." i said
"okay thank you I'll see you later." Sam said "okay bye." i said back and started waiting for Demetri until i fell asleep next to his car.
