The Hacker {Eliza X Female!reader}

I hum to myself as I walk through the streets of Zombie town, until I finally found her

"Eliza!!"

"Hey Y/n! You alright?"

I laugh quietly before speaking again

"Two hours, meet me at the beach"

She gives me a questioning look before agreeing, that was easier then expected

I ran to the beach, seeing it almost empty as the sun was going to set soon

I grab my backpack from where I left it pulling out a red and green patchwork blanket, setting it down neatly on the sand

Then i ran home, setting up a basket of food and drinks and by the time I got back it had been roughly two hours

I sat down, placing the basket next to me and waited

"Y/n?"

I turn to see a very confused Eliza, I jump up hugging her tightly

"You came!!"

She laughs as I drag her to the blanket probably too excited since I knocked some sand onto the blanket

"I brought some food but look!!"

I point out to the water, where the sun was just starting to set, the sky etched in purples reds and oranges

She stares in awe at the sight of it, a perfect reflection danced on the waters soft waves

"Wow"

I grab a f/d from the basket, sipping it lightly as well as handing her favourite to her

"Why did you?-"

"We hadn't exactly been on a date before... I wanted the first one to be special"

I sigh happily watching the waves float closer to the blanket, I set my drink down with a grin

I slapped the water towards her

"Y/n!"

She shoves me into the water, drenching me. I grab her arm and pull her in with me

The calm atmosphere was disrupted my our laughter and the splashing of water

Her hair was soaked, clinging to her face as she shook her head to get the water out

"Wha- hey!!"

"You got a little something, everywhere"

I roll my eyes shoving her into the water

"Now you do too!!"

To anyone who saw this event it looked like either a murder attempt gone wrong or two idiots trying to swim and failing

Honestly I don't know which one suits us best

It had gotten dark, like super dark and we were still on the beach gazing at the stars above us, hand in hand

"I enjoyed this... we should come out here more often..."

"Definitely, especially at this time"
