Chapter 9

You bid Ririka goodbye as you walked to your second class, still a bit giddy and you had a small smile on your face, quite a rare sight to see for some students if they ever saw you that is.

Your leg still hurt and your whole body did too but right now you couldn't really care less. 

Sitting down, you took out your notes and started writing what was on the board, but you couldn't focus on what the teacher was saying since you were still thinking of what happened.

SHE HUGGED ME!!  

She's so pretty too and cute as hell

the bruises did one good thing I guess

I finally know her name now too!

You sighed at your thoughts, you aren't going to focus at all today, you just knew it.

After the second period, you were about to go to another classroom when you were suddenly grabbed.

"What the hell?" You opened your eyes to see Sayuri Arai, the most popular girl in your class. She and some of her friends were cornering you. What do they want?

"Y/n" 

You looked up and you saw her smile.

"You're gay right?"

Yeah but not for you

"W- what?" You asked and she smirked, "I asked if you were gay"

"Umm yes? but I don't see why you're asking that Arai-san" you said looking at her and she frowned a little bit before she suddenly smiled.

"Go out with me"

WHAT?!

The hell? I don't even know her and I'm sure as hell that she knows nothing about me

"I'm not sure about that Arai-san," you said politely smiling trying to get out of her grasp, but she held you tighter, and she was holding on to a wound, it hurt a lot.

"You don't want to date me?" she said quite innocently, you nodded and she furrowed her brows and froze for a moment, it seems like no one has ever rejected her before.

"How about we gamble!" She suddenly said and you were caught off guard, Gamble?? For what? You didn't realize that you said that.

"For the date of course!" She said and you tilted your head, this was something really weird.

"God you're so cute~" She said smiling and you just stared at her and she seemed to blush? What the hell?!

"Was this your idea of a confession, Arai-san?" You asked and she stared at you, her cheeks getting redder by the minute and you didn't know what to feel.

"Y- yes, I've been trying to talk to you since last year!" She said bashfully and you suddenly remembered all the times she would approach you and then change directions when she was in a 3 feet radius.

 "So Valentine's chocolate last year was yours? and the Christmas scarf?" you asked her and she nodded bashfully.

You noticed that her friends were gone now and you and Arai-san were the only ones there. You checked your watch and saw that class will be starting in 3 minutes, what is it with me being late these days?

"I know you don't like me" No shit sherlock "But just one date! You'd like me if we get to know each other more!" she said rather confidently and you didn't know how to respond to that.
