Responsible
sensible
you drive me insane
it's unbelievable 

It shouldn't intrigue me
by how in control you seem
how you manage to create peace
in the chaos that is your team

I've always needed that
patience and stability
it was always me who had to be
even with the lack of ability

Most guys our age
aren't so mature
they can't handle their feelings
but you always seem so sure

Yet here you are
a steady rock in a storm
even when everyone's at their breaking point
and their will is far past worn 

I've always admired that about you
how you always refuse to crack
even when no one else had anything left 
you hold nothing back

You are everything I wish to be
and everything I need
and I admire your determination 
and your willingness to lead
