We woke up at 5 so we could drink some tea and get rid of the hangover. Around 6:30 we were kinda sober. Alex, Josh and I got ready for school while NuNu and Pookie waited. I give Alex a change of clothes and Josh actually kept his promise on bringing a change of clothes.
"Come on let's gooo" I song
We all headed out to me and Josh's car. The girl rode in my car and Pookie went with Josh. I dropped NuNu off at the bar and Josh dropped Pookie off at his barbershop. We meet back up at school. Me and Alex got to school before Josh so we just waited. After 10 minutes Josh finally pulled up in the parking lot.
"Hey, I brought breakfast" Josh said handing me and Alex blueberry cheesecake making me smile
"Thanks shithead" Alex said
"Don't make me take my damn cheesecake back" Josh said
"I dare" Alex said looking at him challengingly before talking off running and Josh run after her
"Kids" I said rolling my eyes I had 40 minutes before school started so sat in my car with the door open eating my cheesecake.
"Hey" a familiar voice said making look up from my cheesecake
"Hey" I said
"Umm, Look I'm really sorry about yesterday. I had just gotten into a fight with my-" he started but I cut him off holding up my finger
"It's cool" I said with a sincere smile
"Sure"
"Yes" I laughed
"So we're good?" He said with a hopeful look on his face
"Maybe" I said smiling making him laugh
"Bruh this boy ate half my damn cheesecake" Alex said making me jump
"Damn girl, are you a ninja" I ask holding my chest
"Maybe" She said winking at me
I laughed and pushed making have view of Chris who was standing there awkwardly
She looked at me confused and I just shrugged
"I heard you disrespected my girl the other day" Alex said with a serious face
"Umm Yeah?"
"Don't let that shit happen again or I'll beat your ass" she said and I laughed but Chris nodded with a serious look on his face
"How the hell you beat me here with you small ass feet?" Josh asked Alex before Alex could reply Josh looked eyes with Chris and the whole parking lot filled up with awkward tension.
It was silent for a little while until the warning bell rang. No one moved for some reason and it felt weird
Should I say something?
No I shouldn't.
Okay, I'm going to say something.
"Look y'all need to stop this. We're all grown so stop acting like toddlers. Both of y'all apologize now." I said but everyone give me a death stare including Alex for god knows what.
"Please?" I begged
"Look man I'm sorry about getting in your face like that. I wasn't called for and as she said we grown and we definitely shouldn't be fighting over no female." Josh said and Chris nodded
"It's cool man, I'm also sorry on my part." He said holding out his hand and Josh politely shook it
"Thank god" Alex shouted letting out a breath
"Okay let's go I can't be late for class and got here so damn early" I said stepping out my car and locking it
"So we gang now or what" Alex asked making me snap my head to her
"Yeah why not, but I don't trust easily so I still gotta get to know you" Chris stated
"Fassho" Josh said nodding his head
We entered school and went our separate ways. I was really happy that Chris and Josh are ending the little beef they had.
