Chapter 7

"Good Morning students today kicks off the start of the Tri Wizard Tournament" Professor Dumbledore announces. We all gathered at the stadium to watch and cheer everyone on. Draco sat at the top of the bleachers while I sat with Hermione. We all cheered when they announced the names. "Go Harry" we both yelled. The first task was dragons. I knew Harry would be able to tame them. It took about a hour and they all made it out. The second task was the lake. Harry had gills on him but he had to save someone. He was under water for a long time but one of them didn't come up with their person. We all watched concerned when Harry popped up with Ron and the other person. I jumped up and cheered when he made it out. It was the last task and we have been sitting outside all day. The maze looked hard and I was nervous for Harry. I knew he would be able to do it but I didn't know about the others. We cheered them all on and watched them. The first girl got out first but by disqualification. The second guy got pushed into the fire and got disqualified. We watched eager to find out who would win. We were watching as Harry and Cedric dissapear. It went quite  and we sat there. All of a sudden a flash of light on the ground. I stand up to look when I see Harry leaning over someone. I gasp when I see it's Cedric . "He's back he's dead but Voldemort's back he was just there" Harry starts screaming. I get a lump in my throat and I turn around to look for Draco. I see him look nervous as he's walking away. I get confused but I can't help but run to Harry. I grab him and walk him to the bleachers. He's still screaming and crying. I started to cry to. I hated seeing Harry like that scared about someone. The next morning I could barely sleep but we had to see the results. I get the the main hall and I sit down. Draco isn't in his seat and actually he's not anywhere to be seen at all. "Ok unfortunately we have lost a great student and his name will live on here at Hogwarts" Dumbledore says. "Now let's see what the Goblet has to say" we all watch the cup as it crackles with fire. All a sudden and piece of paper flys out of it and lands in Dumbledore hands. "The new Tri Wizard tournament is..... Harry Potter" I jump up and every one starts clapping for him. I could tell he was proud of himself. I gave him a warm smile. "Proud of you" I say to him. Afterwards we all go to our dorms to pack for summer. "Your gonna write me right" I say zipping my suit case. "Of course" Hermione says. We take our bags and we all go to the buggy's. I look everywhere for Draco worried I'll miss seeing him before we leave. I get in the buggy and we start going to the train. "You ok" Hermione asks me. "Yea I'm ok" I say giving her a small smile. We walked to the train and I see Draco far ahead of me get on. I wonder why he didn't bother saying anything to me. I was quiet the whole ride home looking out the window. When we got to our station I hopped off and gave everyone hugs. I look behind me and see Draco walking fast. "Don't forget to write guys I'll see you next school year" I yell to them and start running after him. I slowed down because I realize he didn't wanna be followed. I stayed back a ways and put my hood up. I followed him all the way to this side alleyway in the middle of town. I stay behind a corner and he looks around before walking into this little shop. I go inside after him and it's dark with only the light coming from the windows. There was a lot of artifacts and furniture in here. "What is this place" I start to say before I hear a door open and then a pair of hands over my mouth and I'm pulled into this closet wardrobe. I muffle try to scream. "Shut up you don't want them to hear you" I hear a familiar voice say. He takes his hand off my mouth. "Draco" I whisper. "Shhhhh their coming" he whispers. We watch a group of people walk but the crack in the wardrobe. "You sure no one is here" I hear a wierd voice say. "No one Draco isn't here yet either" I hear a woman's voice say. "Who is that" I ask him quietly. "You don't need to know" he whispers back. "Ah Bellatrix is everything going according with Voldemort's plan" my stomach drops and I gasp. His hand goes right over my mouth again. "Your gonna get us caught" he whispers. "Yes it is where is your son he should be here helping us get to the boy" the wierd woman's voice says. "He will be here" the other voice says. They start walking again and get farther away. He looks out and sees no one there. "Ok let's go" he grabs my hand and drags me out of the shop and into a alleyway. "What are you doing here" he asks me sternly. "I was looking for you what are you doing here" I ask him. "That's none of your business you can't be here they will kill you" he gets serious. "What is going on Draco why did you run away at the tournament why did you run away from me" I ask him "I had to ok we're not good for each other I'm gonna get you killed" he says getting madder. "What do you mean" I ask him getting louder. "They those guys in there they will kill you or even worse make you work for them and I won't let that happen you need to stay away from me" he starts to walk away. I run after him and grab his arm. "Draco don't" he rips his arm from me and walks towards the shop. "Just know I've always wanted to be with you we just can't bye Lilly" he walks inside and leaves me alone in the middle of the alleyway. I stand there confused. Tears run down my face and I start to cry as I walk home. The summer went by really slow but We finally got to go back to Hogwarts.
