"Here you go, Colby." Sam's mom said as she handed me the Mac and cheese she made.
"Thank you, Mrs. Golbach," I whispered as Sam put a blanket over my shoulder and she smiled with a nod.
"Of course, Colby, anytime." She said sweetly before she and Sam's dad went to their room.
"What do you want to watch baby?" Sam asked turning the TV on as I took a bite of the Mac and cheese and shrugged.
"It doesn't matter," I said quietly as he chooses a random movie.
When I got done eating my food, Sam put away the bowl.
"Sam, I'm bored." I huffed out as he sat next to me.
"Like how bored baby." He said and I sat on his lap as I wrapped my legs around his waist.
"Just bored," I mumbled as he laid us down on the couch so I was on top of him.
"Hmm...let's talk about the baby, boy or girl?" He asked and I giggled.
"Hm, girl. How about you?" I asked and he kissed my forehead with a hum.
"A boy, but I'll be fine with a girl." He said as I hummed with a smile.
"Do you want to have a gender reveal party or just find out about our next appointment?" He asked and I shrugged.
"I want to have a gender reveal party but...this pandemic," I mumbled as he frowned.
"Yeah...we could have the gender reveal party on our baby shower..only with my family If you like." He said and pressed his lips to my forehead.
"That sounds okay..we have a long way to go," I said with a hum and snuggled my head in his chest and he nodded.
"You okay baby." He asked as he pulled the covers over us.
"Hmh.." I hummed and closed my eyes.
"Just tired." He hummed as I nodded before falling asleep.

I woke up a few hours later, from feeling nauseous causing me to get up from Sam, and ran to the bathroom to throw up.
When I got to the bathroom, I hover over the toilet and spilled my guts out.
This is one thing I hated about being pregnant.
I was in the bathroom for a little bit, which probably worried Sam because he came in here with his messy hair all tangled up.
"You okay." He asked as he knelt and rubbed my back as I flushed the toilet.
"Hmh." I groaned before resting my head on his shoulder.
"This sucks," I grumbled as I rested my hand on my belly, feeling tired and yucky already.
"I know...do you want to go back to bed." He asked as I stood up and washed my mouth in the sink and nodded.
We walked back to the living room and got back to bed.
Right, when I was about to fall asleep, my phone starting to ring causing me to groan and grab it.
"Hm..who is it, baby?" Sam groan as I lower the brightness down and felt my heart dropping out of my chest as I saw who it was.
"Its father," I mumbled as I sat on the couch and shakily answered it.
Even though how much I disliked my father right now, I wanted to see why he's calling me.
"H-hello," I said groggily as I felt my heart thumping in my chest.
"Hello Cole, I know I am calling you late but...I need to tell you something." He said and I chewed my lip.
I was also was hoping for the reason why he is calling is to apologize and maybe take me back.
But I was so wrong.
"Tomorrow, you'll come back but only get your things at noon, I don't want you near me or your sister. Got it," He said and each word broke my heart even more as Sam clenched his jaw.
"O-okay, father," I mumbled as he hung up.
I let out a breath before laying back with Sam.
I felt tears brimming my eyes as Sam rubbed his hand on my hair comfortably.
I didn't know how much time passed before I have fallen asleep.
—
I woke up a few hours later from hearing loud noises, probably coming from Sam's family.
I realized that Sam wasn't laying with me causing me to open my eyes.
I saw that he was playing with his siblings causing a huge relief to wash over me.
I knew that I was kinda being clingy but it felt like I'd ever looked away, he would disappear.
"Oh, good morning baby," Sam said as he looked at me with a smile and I sat up on the couch with a yawn.
"Good morning," I mumbled as he came over to me and kissed me causing me to smile.
"Are you hungry? My mother is baking pancakes if you want some." He said as I nodded and he sat next down to me.
"So how long is your boyfriend staying over?" His little sister Katie asked as she laid down on the ground.
"Probably for a while, Katie." He said as he wrapped his around my waist.
"Like, forever?" She said with a giggle and Sam chuckled.
"Hmh, you'll be seeing him more." He said as she squealed causing all of us to laugh.
We all then ate breakfast together until Sam and I have to go to my father's.
I felt my nerves kicking in as Sam's mom drove us there.
I didn't want to face father.
I thought I could trust him, but he showed his true colors.
"Hey..colbs, I'm not gonna let him hurt you," Sam said as he grabbed my shaky hand with a squeeze and I smiled.
"I know," I mumbled before resting my head on his shoulder.
I felt my heart racing up as we pulled up to the so familiar home.
