"I gave birth to them, I am their mother!" Nora shouted at Emilio.

I was laying on the couch reading a children's book to Alu, in Emilio's office, the twins had soccer practice that afternoon and Brad was going to bring them home after but things took a frightening turn when he called me saying that he waited for them for almost an hour and they were nowhere to be seen.

Emilio had smashed anything that he could get his hands on in anger and fear, afraid that something awful had happened to the boys and so was I.

I asked Sofi to watch Luna, and we made our way to the school, the coach almost lost his life at the hands of my husband when he told us, their mother came to pick them up, I immediately knew who he was talking about and Emilio did too by his reaction.

I remained calm because if both of us were to lose our heads, there would be no progress, once we managed to calm down the raging beast that was Emilio, I asked the coach to show us their security room, to check if the cameras picked up anything.

"There, Nadia, take that down please," I say to my guard pointing to the black SUV's plate, I thank the school's security guy and walked out, extending my hand to Nadia, she places a piece of paper in my hand, while I dialed one of our trackers.

"Zachary, I need you to run this plate for me," I told him as soon as he picks up, reading the info for him, I wait a few minutes while he gets busy on the other end.

"uh, boss, this is one of ours, registered under don Domanico," he said, and I immediately knew that could mean one person was behind this, Marcus.

I knew he was about to start trouble again, Marcus was a pain in my ass, but him involving my kids in his sick game had me livid.

" Your uncle is at it again" I growled at Emilio, Whose shoulders seem to relax at the mention that Marcus has the twins, my anger doubled up by the second at that.

"Zach, find that car for me now and get me their location" I ordered, glaring at Emilio who was now calm, I drop the call and turn on my heel leaving him there before he could get a word out.

"Men in this family will never learn" I grumble to my self walking towards the exit.

"What was that?" Emilio said close to me.

" You heard me"

"Why would you say that Iva?"

I stopped and turn to look at him, and his confused face made me even angrier.

"The nerve of you!" I shout throwing my hands up.

" Are you really, going to stand there and ask me that? You think what, Marcus taking the twins for ice cream with their mother is him being a nice pop-pop?" I laughed in disbelief and continue walking towards the car opening the door I got in and drove out of the school before he could reach the door.

When I found the twins they were in a park with Nora kneeling in front of them, Marcus was standing by the swings talking on the phone, I pressed the hoot not bothering to get out of the car, the boys saw me and came running to the car, I unlock the doors and stepped out to help them to their sits, going back to the driver's seat I started the car and asked.
