Error's POV

It was early and usually, I would be tired as hell. However it was different this time. I woke feeling accelerated and overjoyed. So happy in fact that I couldn't help but rise my fists in the air out of accomplishment.

For the first time, I genuinely smiled with the outlook that everything was going to turn out great. I finally gathered enough courage to ask Ink out.

Ink has been my big crush for three years straight, ever since I saw him. I was always so nervous because I wanted his attention but I didn't know how to get it. I was receiving attention from all the other students because of my popularity however, I wanted Ink's eyes on me.

The only way I knew to get his attention, was through bullying. I regret that now since I completely ruined his ability to trust people. But hey, I'm gaining his friendship and now... Ink and I are going on a date.

My mind was filled with fantasies as I laid on my bed. However, I was interrupted when my phone chimed with a new notification. It was Ink.

Ink(Vex): I need to tell you something, Void.

Me: What's up?

Ink(Vex): I think I'm slowly getting a crush on Error. He asked me out on a date and I said yes.

My eyes widened as I quickly pushed myself up into a sitting position. I was completely shocked with my eyes staring at the screen. Ink was beginning to like me.

'Now I just have to earn Ink's love.'

A smile crept onto my face because I finally knew that my actions were progress.

Me: Hey, at least you two won't have any more conflict.

I had to keep myself calm or I would risk blowing my cover as my online persona, Voidzer. There were so many things that I wanted to tell Ink but there wasn't an option.

Ink(Vex): My mother needs me, I have to go. See ya.

Me: Bye.

Sighing, I flopped back into a laying position. My phone dropped out of my hand and rested on the covers.

There were so many thoughts racing through my mind. From the future date to my new found friendship with Ink. I had to make this date perfect for him. Messing up wasn't a thing in my head.

(Time Skip)

For the past hour, I have been fantasizing about Ink and I. However my peace was killed when my older brother came into my room.

Older: Mom and us are going to the mall. You're coming as well.

Me: Why?

Older: Because you spend too much time locked up in this room.

I scoffed before standing up. Arguing with my older brother was pointless. He was the most stubborn person that I know and I disliked it.

Not long after our conversation my family was at the mall. We were allowed to split up but we had to be back in three hours. This was my chance to escape.

Quickly walking off, I left my family behind to look around. I brought my money with me just in case I saw something that I wanted.

There were a few stores that I needed to stop by. This was for mine and Ink's date. For the past three years I have spent time observing him to learn what he likes and dislikes.

His online persona also gave me an advantage because he literally told me everything about him. Except for personal information of course.

My hand gripped the shopping bag tightly as I walked throughout the halls of the giant mall. That's when my eyes caught a glimpse of the one and only, Ink.

The brown scarfed artist was sitting in a small café while typing on his laptop. There was a notebook and a pencil on top of it next to him.

I walked over to him and sat down across from his seat.

Me: Hey.

Ink: Oh, Error. Sorry I didn't notice you there.

I could see rainbow blush slightly decorating his ink stained cheeks. I rested my head on my palm and stared Ink directly in the eyes.

Me: So, are you ready for our date?

A sly grin appeared on my face as I watched Ink's rainbow blush begin to spread.

Ink: Um, y-yeah. I'm e-excited actually.

I smiled before taking his notebook and writing something in it. When I was finished, I turned it around for Ink to see.

Me: Here's my number.

That's all I said before walking off to continue shopping around the mall. I would have loved to stay but I needed to buy things for Friday. I had to be ready as...

I had a date
