Ink's POV

Ever since Error threatened the transfer, everyone has been leaving me alone. Today was Friday which was the day Error and I planned to go out together. The thought of it started bringing rainbow blush to my cheeks.

'Come on Ink, pull it together. It's just a simple date. Like a hangout day, nothing more.'

I still couldn't believe that Error asked me out. It's not like I was a total artistic nerd and he was the most popular male monster in the entire school. Why would he date me when he can have practically any woman fall to his feet.

Sighing, I traced my pencil against the surface of my sketchbook. It was the last hour of the school day and I was becoming anxious. Never in my entire life have I gone on a date and everything was scary to me. I was afraid I would mess it up.

Then, the bell rung. I pushed myself up from my desk and began walking to the front of the building. When I reached the gates I noticed Error waiting for me. He saw me and motioned me over.

Error: Hey Ink.

Me: H-Hey.

Error: I'll pick you up at five. Is that alright with you?

I nodded before slowly walking off to go home. I knew that I was going to have to text mom about this. This is the one time I really need her help with appearance. Although, hope wasn't lost as I remembered my online friend, Void.

However, he wasn't any help since he didn't know what I looked like. I guess I was going to have to wing it.

(Time Skip)

I chose black skinny jeans and a beige shirt with a white cardigan. The finishing touch was my old but treasured brown scarf. After looking in a mirror I decided that I was decent enough.

There was suddenly a knock on the front door. Ginger got up and stared at it, ready for any possible threat. When I opened it to see who is was, she quickly calmed down. It was Error.

Error was wearing dark grey jeans, red shoes, a white shirt with a black leather jacket covering it. I had to say he looked pretty attractive.

Error: Checking me out, Ink?

Me: N-No I was just seeing what you were wearing.

I nervously laughed as I began to fidget with my brown scarf. I didn't understand why I was so tongue tied. Error smiled before handing me a flower which just happened to be my favorite. It was a pink lily.

Me: How did you know?

Error: I had a hunch. Anyway, ready to get going?

Nodding my head, I stepped out of the house. Ginger however did not the like the idea of staying home by herself.

Me: Can I bring Ginger?

Error: Go ahead. I don't mind if she tags along.

After attaching the leash to her collar, I locked the front door and followed Error. He led me to a car parked in the driveway. It was a very expensive car. Something my family could only have visions of.

Error opened the back side of the car for Ginger, then opened the passenger door for me. I thanked him as I got in the seat. Pushing a button to start the vehicle, we were ready to start our date.

My eyes watched the city as it passed by. I've always thought that the city in the evening was beautiful. There was a noticeable silence between Error and I but it wasn't awkward. Although, I decided to start up a conversation.
