*TW: Mentions of Abuse!*

"Hey guys, I've missed y'all!" Jonah smiled as he and Jack did a bro hug. "We missed you too. You know our home is always up for visitors. Gabbie wants more kids so it's noisier but I don't want another. We're arguing about it so don't bring up kids." Jack responded, with a terrified look on his face.

"Look, I need to talk with you about a girl. She's Flynns age, and she's being abused. Her name is Issa. Tate and Issa are at the police station now and we're gonna try to get her out of the house where her dad is. We don't have room, Alexis is expecting so she and Zach can't handle her. Corbs is always busy. Daniel and Kaitlyn are close to divorcing. And I know you don't want another kid, but Issa needs a home. A loving one. A home with two people who have so much love, but like nobody to give it to." Jack sighed but he had the look in his eyes where he wants to help.

"Let's talk to Gabbie about it. I'd love to have her, but it's not up to me. But, you are a great person for doing that Jonah." Jonah engulfed jack into a bone crushing hug as he finished his sentence.

"Jack! We have to take in that Issa girl! She's got nobody to love her, and I wanna give my love to people who need it more than anything! Please! Please!" Gabbie pleaded, running into the living room where her husband and his best friend were. "Let's do it. I'll tell Lavender to get her ass here asap. Then we'll tell her. And let Issa and Tate know to come once they are finished. We wanna help." Jack smiled.

"Is Issa becoming my cousin?!" Flynn yelled, running into the room. "Maybe, baby." Jonah smiled, before his phone began ringing. "It's Tate. Excuse me." And he left for a few minutes. "I'm so excited." Madison, Flynn and Gabbie said at the same time. "Gabs, can you call Lav?" Jack asked, to which Gabbie nodded before leaving the room.

Jonah's POV

"Excuse me." I spoke before exiting the room and answering the call. "Jonah! You will not believe it! After Issa gave her statement, about her dad abusing her- they said if we can find a fit home for her until her father is given prison time for abuse because there is more than enough evidence, then they can foster her when her dad is sent away! Did Gabbie and jack say yes?!" Tate rambled. "Great news- they'd love to. Lavender is on her way. Then we'll tell them." I responded.

Tate clapped her hands. "We'll be at their house in about 5 minutes. Don't let them tell Lavender until we walk into the house. Only tell Jack and Gabbie. Not even Mads and Flynn. Issa, can you pinky promise not to tell anybody you will be living in a new home, until your new family tell their daughter?" A faint 'Yes Tata.' Was heard before Tate continued. "Okay, I'm gonna go now. I love you Tata." I mocked Issa's nickname for my wife. "I love you too Joshepine." Tate giggled before hanging up.

I walked back into the living room and took Gabbie and Jack aside, into the kitchen.

Gabbie's POV

"What is it?" Jack asked as we were dragged into the kitchen by Jonah. "We aren't telling Lavender until she's here. Nobody but Tate, Issa and I know. Now you too as well but.. If we find Issa a suitable and safe home whilst her dad is awaiting court because there was enough evidence, when her dad is in Jail, she can stay. We want you guys to foster her.." A rush of excitement ran through my veins. My eyes were watering.

"Jonah if you are fucking with us, I'm never talking to you again." I threatened. " I promise it isn't a joke." He laughed. I was about to cry when the doorbell rang. Jack went to answer it as I wiped my tears and hung Jonah. "Daddy!" Lavenders voice boomed through the house. "Lavs I missed you!" He slowly led her into the kitchen where she hugged me. "Mom, don't be mad but I want you to meet my boyfriend." My eyes widened. "Go save him from-" I was cut off by a large yell. Lavender and I ran to the front door.

Jack had a man pinned to the wall. "WHO ARE YOU?!" Jack shouted. "Daddy! This is my boyfriend Gabriel." Jack unpinned him from the wall. "Sorry Gabriel, I just didn't know who you were and you just walked into my home- WAIT?! BOYFRIEND?!" Jack shouted. "We've only been dating for 3 weeks dad." Dad. She didn't say Daddy. She always said daddy.

"Right. Sorry. " Jack was obviously upset. Suddenly, Tate was in view with a small girl on her hip. "Issa, this is where you'll be staying while the people we saw today speak with your daddy." Tate whispered before introducing us to the girl. "This is Jack." She pointed to Jack, who smiled. "And Gabriela, or as I call her Gabbie." Tate pointed to me.

"And that is their daughter Lavender. And her boyfriend..." Tate paused, hoping Gabriel would say his name. "Gabriel. But you can call me Babe." He smiled. Tate put Issa on the floor. She immediately walked up to Jack. Jack picked her up and simply hugged her. We all slowly made our way into the living room, where we'd announce the news!
