"Carrie! Is it true that you and Ollie are over?" The paparazzi shouted at the teen, who ignored them. One of the paparazzi pushed her, causing her to fall over.

"CARRIE! WHO PUSHED HER?! TELL ME!" Kaitlyn shouted, helping her daughter up. Nobody spoke. "I get this is your job but guys! She's pregnant ! Don't get violent!" Then the Seaveys walked inside.

"Reservation for Seavey" Daniel smiled. "Right this way sir" The host led the family to a table for three. "A waiter will be with you soon." The host smirked at Carrie before walking off.

"Dad, give me your phone!" Carrie smiled. Daniel was extremely confused but handed his phone over. "Mom, your phone" Kaitlyn handed it over.

"Every time we go to eat as a family, you always end up on your phones. Dad is on his phone for work but it's really him texting his favourite niece, Madison. Or his favourite nephew, Corey. It's never work. And Mom is on her phone for work but then scolds me when I'm texting my manager. So, NO PHONE!" Carrie placed them into her handbag.

"That is so not fair! Carrie Anna Seavey, Hand my phone over immediately!" Mrs Seavey glared at her daughter. "No!" Carrie glared back.

"And for the evil looking ladies?" A waitress around Carrie's age interrupted them. "I'll have a steak, medium rare and mashed potatoes on the side." Kaitlyn smiled before grabbing Carries bag. "With a red wine."

"And for you Carrie- Shoot. I mean ma'am" The waitress nervously laughed. "Wait! Are you a Candy?" Carrie smiled. "Yeah... I have been for years! My name is Addison!" The waitress smiled.

"Write down your number! I'll text you and we can be friends if you like?" Addison nodded before her boss shouted at her to get back to work.

"I'll take a medium garden salad with a lemonade please!" Addison nodded before walking off. "Seriously? Making friends with a pathetic waitress? You just had to stoop so low.." Kaitlyn groaned.

Although being very sweet, Kaitlyn was a total bitch when alone with her daughter. And Daniel was using his work phone to talk with Corey, so he didn't notice this.

"Seriously mom? I'm making a fans day! And she seems sweet!" Carrie retaliated. "Wow. I'm starting to question you Carrie! You didn't use protection! And now you're making friends with a poor person? I'm not sure you should even be my daughter!"

Carrie put her head down and sighed. "Have your phone. And don't talk to me for a while." Carrie slammed the phone onto the table, causing Daniel to look up.

"Carrie Anna Seavey! Don't be aggressive!" Carrie rolled her eyes. "I'm going to the restroom. Excuse me!" Carrie got up and walked to the ladies room.

It was empty, so Carrie just looked at herself in the mirror. "They love me.. Right? It's just tough love.. All I know, is I will never treat my baby buttercup like that..." Carrie sighed, touching her stomach.

"Excuse me? Is everything okay? I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I was walking in-" Addison was cut off by Carrie hugging her, breaking into tears.

"Hey. Hey. Shh... It's okay.." Addison comforted her for about five minutes until Carrie pulled way "T-Thank you. I-I didn't m-mean to c-c-cut you off" Carrie sobbed.

"I just got off work. Text your parents, I'll take you to a friends house." Addison smiled. "The only friends I have are Madison, Flynn, Corey and Luke. They'd just tell my parents where I am.. Can I stay with you?"

Addison simply smiled. "Thank you! Now, we should go!" They (successfully) snuck out. As Carrie put her seatbelt on, her phone rang. Carrie looked At Addy (Addison) with fear.

Addy took the phone and answered in an robot voice.

"Thank you for calling your local adoption centre. As your call is being transferred to those in charge of adoption, we will take the time (with me tonight) to inform you on what is happening in our world"

"Oh for fucks sake! Daniel she's not answering! Just drop it! Clearly she doesn't love us so let's leave her be!" And Kaitlyn hung up.

"D-Do they h-hate me?" Carrie sobbed, falling onto the floor. "I don't know dear. But I promise, I will stand by your side through everything! Okay?" Carrie nodded as Addison embraced her into a hug.

Although being unsure of everything, Carrie was sure of one thing.

Addison would be there for her, no matter what.
