"And then.. h-he just ate my heart!" You finished telling the coven about your terrifying holiday.

Everyone seemed as frightened as you, one of the younger girls even shivered.

Still, you were lucky that all the girls were old enough and hopefully strong enough to accept this information without going completely mad, at least the ones that were listening.

Even Maddison who would've made the 'Aww, your heart got broken by a man that you don't even know' or the 'that's why you are so heartless' joke, was completely silent.

Cordelia was the first one to speak up, breaking the harsh tranquility of the room.

"I think that y/n and I need to speak about this privately."

Her eyes went from sympathetic to serious as she lead you towards the usually vacant side room and slammed the doors behind the both of you.

You were sure that the side room had been soundproofed by some magical charm that Cordelia must've set because the conversations in this room had always been completely confidential.

Cordelia did her best to give you a reassuring smile but you knew the words that would come next would shatter any signs of comfort.

"Y/n." Cordelia says gravely, "After the dream had finished, were you hurt?"

You nod, not wondering how she knew but what she meant.

"I'm afraid it's real." Cordelia says, "You have looked into the future but in more depth than your sister witch, Queenie, may her soul rest in peace."

You swallow before beginning to talk, "How do you know all of this?"

"I read." Cordelia says, walking towards you and staring directly into your (e/c) eyes.

"Erm.. me to?" You say unsure of where she was going with that statement.

Cordelia just sighs before continuing, "In the library, there is a hidden door which leads to a hidden room that only the current supreme knows about,"

She stopped, gazing back at you and clearly wondering why she had chosen today to break that tradition. Maybe it wasn't actually broken since you were the 'supreme of all supremes'.

"And inside that room is the most sacred book a witch could ever hold," Cordelia endured, "Dorothy Evergreen's Journal for the Very Unlucky. But for short, we just call it Deja Vu."

"What does it do?"

"It tells the-"

"Woah! It tells the future!" You interrupt, letting your naivety take over. It'd been a while since you'd let your inner child roam free.

To be honest, if you wanted to see the future, you could but the book was somehow so much more exciting.

Cordelia nodded.

"But.. isn't it bad to know too much about the future?" You ask, feeling inferior to Cordelia and her knowledge.

"Yes, which is why in 1921 the coven attempted to burn it but the object had been made indestructible." The supreme says before changing the subject back to the more pressing matter.

"Anyways, the book says that the apocalypse will fall early in the second millennium and from what Queenie said, we now know it could be any year from now to 2020."

You nod.

"Now, the strange thing about the book is it is filled to the brim with prophecies, some relevant and some irrelevant, it has a mind of its own and will only open certain pages that are relevant to certain readers," She says before finishing...

"Which is why we are going to need you to read the book."
