"This feels familiar." He chuckles.

"It does doesn't it." We quickly pack up our supplies and rush to the car. I hop in the drivers seat and start it up.

"The weather sure has a way of blocking any move I pull on you. Then again, we are in Seattle." He says as he gets into the passenger seat

"It doesn't actually rain here that often, at least not in the summer. You do something to piss of the universe lately?" I ask nudging his arm as we pull out of our parking spot.

"Nothing I can think of..." He smiles. "Well, I'm sorry our date was ruined." He shrugs.

"That's just the first part, don't worry." I say turning onto the freeway.

"Where are we going?" He asks as I merge into traffic.

"A museum." I stare ahead at the road

"Oh...fun." He looks out the window, his smile less genuine.

"I promise it will be." I laugh. I hand him the aux. "don't play trash."

"Which museum are we going to?" He asks.

"The Seattle Arts Museum." I say.

"What type of stuff do they have there?" He tilts his head at me.

"Art and shit... you'll see when we're there."

"Okay cool." He laughs. We continue driving for another half hour, listening to music and making small talk. I park on the side of the road and grab my purse.

"We're here." We step out of the car and I lock it. I go to start walking down the street and I see he's just standing there looking around.

"Here? What is here? I don't see a museum." He turns to me.

"Oh, there's not parking anywhere near it, Plus we can park here for free since it's after 5pm." I walk back to where hes standing and point at the sign that says its free parking. "So, we go on a lil stroll." I grab his hand and start walking down the street.

"Is there not a parking lot for the museum?" He asks. I laugh at him

"Parking lot? No, there's a parking garage that cost money and it's just as far from the museum as we are now." He scratches his head.

"Welcome to the city I guess." He says looking around at all the shops on our way. We walk in comfortable silence until we get close to the building. He stops in his tracks. "Woah." He says looking at the huge building.

"Is it always like this?" He asks me. Looking into the windows where the main lights are off and there are soft blue and pink lights lighting up the inside.

"Only once a month, it's a 'teen night'" I laugh as we walk towards the entrance.

"Teen night... we're adults." He tilts his head once again.

"Eight- TEEN. We are teenagers by definition." He holds the door open for me and I walk through. I enter my school id onto a computer and look up at the lady behind it. "Last time this thing will be useful to me... he's from out of town, I'm promise he's good to go in though. Is that cool?"

"Yeah you guys are good." She stamps our hands and we walk into the main part of the museum. There's a girl singing in front of some speakers standing next to a DJ, to the right of them there's a guy selling merch and cds for the girl singing.
