As soon as she was transferred for ventilation, she was given the high power oxygen. But no positive consequences came. As a result of this, the doctor decided to give her a dose of dox epinephrine (an injection which is given for forced sleep for a suffering patient). Then slowly slowly, Bela's eyes started closing and she started feeling drowsiness. As a result of which, she felt asleep.

Bela's past flashbacks started taking place in her dreams.

Flashback begins:
Bela, took a knife from the kitchen and started cutting her nerves. As soon as, she was able to cut a small portion of her left hand, bloods started coming out of the wound and her white hand completely turned red. Luckily, before taking some more serious actions, she was caught by her mother and was taken to the hospital.

After a month, Sunaina was freaking out with deep breaths and said to me, "Rahul is a horrible species."
I asked, "What happened?"
Sunaina:"Fucking Rahul, he said that my eyes are like those of cows... Huhhh!!! What does that means?!!!! Am I a cow?!!! Then, he's nothing lesser than that of a donkey 😤"
I slowly told her to calm down. Then, I narrated her the meaning of Rahul's sentence. I said, "Actually, he was willing to mean that, you are having the prettiest eyes among everyone in this whole world. A cow's eyes are said to be the prettiest eyes in this whole world, and he meant that only in his own ways."

Sunaina became silent and asked, "Is it so?"
I nodded my head in a positive response.
Then, Sunaina went back to Rahul, and stopped quarrelling with him.

Here I realised that I know him the best. After all, atleast I knew him more than Sunaina, as I knew him from class 11.

Similar case happened once again on Rahul's birthday. Sunaina brought a strawberry flavoured cake as his surprise. I baked a chocolate cake for him with my own hands, if he by somehow accepts my gift, because I was knowing that, he's having allergy of strawberries. But, I noticed Sunaina brought that strawberry cake unknowingly. I went immediately to Sunaina, before Rahul's arrival, and informed her the fact. Then Sunaina got confused, and started thinking, what to do. After thinking for a while, she came to me and asked, "Bela, if you don't mind can I ask for something? I mean will u please do it for Rahul's sake??"

I asked her what happened.

Sunaina then, gave her strawberry cake to me and requested me to exchange it with my present for Rahul, that is, that chocolate cake.

I thought for a while and felt that it's better to give that cake to Sunaina, then Rahul might accept my cake unknowingly by thinking that it's brought by her only. But, if I give it to Rahul directly, then, he might refuse my present. But, if Sunaina give it to him, then he'll be happy. His happiness is my happiness 😌 So, let Sunaina gift my cake to Rahul.

So we exchanged our gifts.

Rahul came after a few minutes. Sunaina gifted him the cake with Happy Birthday wish and Rahul was very delighted to see the chocolate cake and said, "Baby, did you baked it for me?"
Sunaina:"Yes baby..."
Rahul:"Awww, baby😍 you know me the best, I love you, you understand me so well so you baked my favourite flavour... It really smells delicious🤤"
Sunaina:"Thank You my Boy 😘"

Then, Rahul, pulled Sunaina infront of everyone by her waist and he locked her lips with his own.

Can you imagine how it feels like, when you find your beloved to make out with someone, that too infront of you? 🙂

It's a matter of luck, I'm having that luck and I pray to God so that everyone don't experience this similar luck🙃

After a while, Rahul noticed the strawberry cake in my hand, and asked, "Bela, is that for me?"

I was shocked because unexpectedly he talked to me so in a confused manner I said, "ye-ye-ye I mean yes I mean no I mean..."

Rahul, with a loud laughter, said, "Kuch sikho Suna se... She knows me so well and baked a chocolate cake for me... But you inspite of being with me for so many years, failed to know about my allergy 🤣 ... How silly!!! Suna baked that cake for me... I'm really blessed to get her as my girl❤️"

I didn't uttered a single word in return.
I returned back to my house and went to the terrace with an intention to jump from there. Only thing I thought was, Let my beloved be happy like this forever 🙂, Bye forever...

I jumped from the terrace. (3rd floor)

But, unexpectedly, I slowly opened my eyes and found my mother sitting beside my head and crying repeatedly. My father was talking to the doctor. I noticed properly, that I'm still alive, and I'm in my own room only.

As soon as they noticed that I'm trying to open my eyes, they became very happy.

My mother with her teary eyes, said to me, "Kya karne baithe theye tum?? Maine tumko marne k liye janam diya hain kya?? Ekbar aisa kam karne se pahele tumko mera shakal tak yaad nhi aya kya???🤧 Kisi aur k liye mujhe kyu saza de rhe ho??? Mera koi value nhi hain kya tumhare life mein???"

My father came and started consoling her as I was not in a condition to talk. Doctor told me to take rest. Only I got hurt in my head and it was bleeding very badly. Other than that, I didn't got hurt anywhere else. So doctor dressed a bandage on my head and gave me some medicines, which helped me to recover soon.

Now I became career oriented and decided to completely focus on my studies and no where else.

But then suddenly...
