Bela's pov:
After he left the room, the nurse put back the oxygen funnel on my mouth.

My mind said to me, "That was not good Bela. U shouldn't have told him to leave like that. That was too rude. "

My heart replied,"No it wasn't... I did right, I simply don't want to face him..."

"But why?? What's his fault?? He didn't raped you!!! Did he??" , questioned my mind to my heart.

"No he didn't... But just that I can't face him anymore. I can't accept this fact that I fucked my best friend, that's why I tried to leave this world. God knows still why am I lying here ... ", answered my heart.

My mind:"You are still lying here, in this earth because, Mahir brought u here..."

"Why the hell he did so??!!! Did I asked him to do so?!!! Huhh!!! ", argued my heart.

"You fool, he did because he's afraid of losing you... He can't live without you, so he tried his best to save you..." answered my mind patiently, "Please don't play with other's sentiments. You can't push him out like this after that night. I know you didn't did anything intentionally. But, why can't you act normally then? If nothing would have happened, then u were not supposed to avoid him, isn't it? Then face him normally..."

"That's what I can't!!!... " , my heart shouted.

"But why? What's the reason behind that?" ,asked my mind.

"I don't know," replied my heart.

My mind, "Bcoz u r hell guilty of your deeds, so can't face him being shy of your deeds."

My heart was speechless.

After few hours, the nurse observed tears ran out of Bela's eyes. The nurse quickly came to Bela and started gently rubbing her hand on her forehead and asked, "What happened dear? Don't cry, it can cause u harm again like before."

Bela opened her eyes for a while and was staring at the nurse.

Then slowly, Bela closed her eyes and went back to sleep. She's having a better and sound sleep this time, where no more dreams or flashbacks took place.

The doctor arrived after few hours and observed the patient and understood that she's better than before.

After coming out from the cabin, he informed Mahir, "I think, the patient is far better than before. Now she's having a sound sleep. I think, if medicines are given properly tomorrow also, then we can release her on the day after tomorrow."

Mahir felt relieved. He took a deep breath and called up Bela's mother and informed her about Bela's better condition.

Writer's POV:
Might be u all r thinking, why Bela's parents didn't came to visit Bela for a single time. So here you go. Let's see what had happened there.

As Bela attempted suicide, and this was her second time, so her mother lost hope. She started feeling guilty and blamed herself for her daughter's such a pathetic condition. After all, no mother can tolerate her daughter to suffer from any situation, and if she's a single child, then it's more than a matter of concern. Thus, Bela's mother's blood pressure increased, due to such thoughts that she was unable to take care of her daughter, which caused her to attempt suicide for the second time. This caused harm to her and she started suffering from a severe depression and started having migraine headache.

Bela's father on the other hand, was a very strict person. Right the opposite of Bela's mother, who was excessively soft hearted. He said bluntly, "Jo larki aise khudkushi karna chahti hain apna, ek bar nhi bar bar, iska matlab, uss ladki ko apni parents ki parwa nhi hain, khali apni samajhti rheti hain. Aisi ladki rhene se childless rhena better hain. So, for me, my daughter is dead."

This was the last lines of her father and the door of her became completely closed for her. Thus, her mother kept hidden contact with Mahir and said, "Beta, mera koi apna beta nhi hain, bass ek beti hain, tumko main apna Beta samajhti hu, main tumko viswas karti hu, tumko main apni beti ki zimmedari dena chahti hu, uska dhyan rakhna🙏🏻 Bela ka papa mereko hospital nhi jane denge, contact bhi nhi rakhne denge, isliye tumhi meri aakhri bharosa ho, please uska dhyan rakhna🙏🏻 mereko uska tension hota hain, toh mujhe uski hallat k baremein inform karna jab jab time mile tumko🙏🏻"

She made this request with her joined hands.

Thus, here is the reason why Mahir informed her mother about her condition and why her parents didn't visited her.
