In the ventilation, Bela was supplied with another bottle of saline.

Soon after, Bela's past flashbacks started taking place in her dreams.

Flashback begins:
After 2yrs of that previous incident,
I was busy in scrolling her Facebook feeds. Suddenly, I was shocked. My eyes popped out of myself. I found a new profile on my 'Add Friends' place.

This profile immediately started causing a tremendous amounts of heart beats. I started shivering, my cheeks started turning red and last but not the least, although nobody touched me, still I started sweating.

Sweats came out of my forehead. I started cleaning my forehead with handkerchief. I felt, is it my ex Rahul?? ... Then again I thought, no no, how can this be possible, it's written Mahir Sehgal in the names place. Then, is this someone else???

Like this, several questions started ruling my head. Then I started asking myself, "Was Rahul having any twins brother???... No no no... He said he was a single child like me. Then how comes a person be so much alike to Rahul???? I think I'm in the world of dreams 😑, I should immediately pinch myself and wake up..."

Then I pinched my cheeks so hard that it started paining terrifically. Finally, I realised that I was not in my dream land.

Then once again, Rahul's face appeared in front of my eyes.

Hayeee... Rahul's that innocent and cute smile. As I thought of him, tears ran out of my eyes.

Then, at the mean time another picture came infront of my eyes.

As he appeared, I started blushing very badly. O God, it's so likely to say that I was wet.

Then, automatically, my finger was about to click on the option 'Add Friends' .

But as I was going to do so, my flashbacks of my wonderful experiences of my previous relationship started taking place.

Then I thought, this two people looks so alike to each other, then I can easily understand that, this Mahir candidate can hurt me as same as Rahul, as they looks so much similar, thus, might be their characteristics are similar as well. Thus, I came to the conclusion that both are heartless and cheat. Still I've some feelings existing for Rahul, although nothing can be done here.

As I thought this, automatically I clicked on the back option and came out of his profile and went back to my duty of going through funny and inspirational memes.

Yeah, I only went through this two types of memes, and hated love or romantic memes a lot, a lot and a lot which nobody can ever think even. Whenever I saw any love memes, the only thing which I felt is, those are just written as memes, true love never exists in real life. Those are nothing lesser than a filmy dialogue. Because, already fucked up with my life by misunderstanding my fake lover as true lover, so enough done and don't want to get any lessons further.

"Doctor, doctor," said the nurse, who was in charge of Bela, "The patient is having a good sound sleep now."

Doctor replied, "That's indeed a good news. Good to hear, that means she's improving... Please inform Mr. Sehgal about this good news. He's really out of mind, hope he'll feel better now..."

Nurse said, "Yes doctor, for sure..."

The nurse immediately informed Mahir regarding this good news. Tears ran out of his eyes at once by hearing this. The nurse asked,"Are you crying?"
Mahir replied, "Nhi, yeh khushi k aasu hain... Finally, my Lord, Lord Shiva listened to my prayers 🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you Lord, I'm too grateful to you 😭😭"

Within seconds he went to the temple for dedicate Lord Shiva, a huge sum of money in happiness. Then he thought, "I should take food now I guess..."

Then he lost in his thoughts. He started remembering the past flashbacks.

Flashback begins:

*While chatting*
Bela:"Mela babu ne thana thaya?🤪"
Mahir:"Bapre, aisa lag rha hain ki I'm your boyfriend and u r my gf😏😂"
Bela:"Yes yes, in your dreams 😑😑"
Mahir:"Haanji aapne pucha hi aise ki..."
Bela:"Lekin mereko abhi tak apna question ka answer nhi mila😒"
Mahir:"Not yet..."
Bela:"Khud time se khana nhi khate ho aur mujhe dant te ho nhi khane k liye... Yeh konsi baat hui bhala😑😑🌚🌚"
Mahir:"Yehi sahi baat hui..."
Bela:"Go and eat😤"
Mahir:"Arey wahh, mera dialogue mujhpe hi😒, shabbash"
Bela:"Yupp, I have my rights, so now go and eat else I'm going...."
Mahir:"Where??? Please don't go, can't u understand I can't live without u🥺"
Bela:"Then go and eat, until and unless u r eating I'm not going to talk to you, that's final.😤😤"
Mahir:"Ok baba, wait then... I'm coming immediately after taking food."

Then finally Mahir took his foods, and returned back to chat.
Bela:"You can't live without me 😏 Ahaa😂"
Mahir:"Stop being horny for no reasons😑, because I'm not your boyfriend."
Bela:"I don't need even 🥴"
Mahir:"Yes I know that very well. But that's true I can't live without you... Arey yrr sidhi tarike se lo na, a best friend can't live without another best friend, this is nothing absurd😑😑"
Bela:"Arey arey, I can well understand, just that I was teasing u, I love to tease u😙😂"
Mahir:"😑😑"

Flashback ends.

Mahir after remembering all this things immediately went to the canteen of the hospital to eat something because he remembered that threat of Bela, that she said she won't talk to him, if he don't take his food.

Mahir's POV:
Nhi Bela, I won't let u to complain regarding me anymore. No Bela, u r better than before, and thik hone k baad mere sath baat nhi karogi toh main kaha jaunga?? Say... I'm having no one except you after all. So, tum thik ho jao fir saari bin bole baatein tumse karunga like before ❤️❤️ thus, I'm eating now, so that you talk to me on the first hand after you get well. I'll give my best to take care of you after u return back and once get leave from this hospital. I swear I'll always love you and take care of you like this forever. I won't allow you to die so easily. I'm not going to leave your side so fast. Thus, I'll take care of u, so that u don't hurt yourself for me anymore. I'm very guilty. Although I don't know what's my fault, still I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart. I'm really sorry Bela, please forgive me 🙏🏻🥺 I swear I won't let this happen anymore... I love you my jaan ❤️🥺 my darling Bela ❤️❤️ Get well soon, I'm waiting for you. I'll take care of u and won't let u to complain anymore, once u get released from here. I'm waiting to take u back to home. I'll sing lories and make u feel asleep when u won't feel sleepy. You are my baby after all. So, I'll take care of life a person does to his baby. I'll make healthy soups for you, so that u recover fast. I'll feed u with my own hands. Even if u tried to find my drawbacks, Still I won't let u to find that bcoz I'll be that much concerned this time. After all, God only gives second chance for once... Not repeatedly. And life is not a game that I can go back to the throw backs. If it was possible then, aaj tum hospital mein nhi hoti. Main apna galati past mein jakar sudharkar aata, jis wajah se aaj tumko hospital par admitted rhena para😔

Then, Mahir completed his food and went back in front of the door of ventilation, where he was waiting for Bela by sitting on the chair near by.
