Lila Rossi was having the time of her life.

It had been almost a year since she had "returned from her vacation in Achu". The entire class of losers had believed that she was actually invited to Prince Ali's palace. They all begun to eat up her lies, just like pathetic dogs begging for scraps. 

All except for that stupid bitch Marinette her spineless Adrien. Marinette was smarter than the rest. She had seen through her lies immediately, though it was only because of her jealousy of Lila's affections towards Adrien.

After the Chameleon episode, Lila could tell that something had happened between the pigtailed girl and her precious Adrien. It made Lila smile in satisfaction whenever she thought about the weeks after her second akumatization. 

Apparently, Adrien had persuaded Marienette to not take any action. 

It didn't take long for Lila to get Alya and the rest of the brainless class to all worship the ground she walked on. 

A few lies here and there, along with some devious plans to frame Marinette had gone wonderfully, to the point where Lila thought it was all just too easy.

Marinette didn't take any action, so Lila did. That was girl wonder's first mistake. 

Her trust and blind love for the spineless fool had given Lila the opportunity to take the stupid princess's throne away. 

The Queen wasn't a problem either. She was too self-absorbed with her own problems, mainly her familial ones. Even if she solved her issues, Lila was confident that Chloe would not become an issue. They had both worked for Hawkmoth due to their intense hatred towards that pesty fiend, Ladybug. This fact alone made Lila quite confident that Chloe would sooner or later become an ally. 

This week, the queen and princess had become quite buddy-buddy. Perhaps Chloe's problem had been solved or had most likely been pushed down. Lila would have to keep an eye on the two.

'The enemy of my enemy is my friend'

Lila did not want to have to deal with any uprisings, after all.

She didn't have to worry about Adrien, though. When Marinette had begun to fight for her throne back a few times, Adrien, the ever-stupid knight, had made sure the pigtailed girl had not gotten too close. Apparently, he did not want Lila to become akumatized again. 

Adrien's faith in his everyday Ladybug had dwindled after the girl was repeatedly hostile towards the poor, unstable Lila.

It made Lila crackle in glee at how easy it was to manipulate Adrien, even after he was aware of her true colors.

Deception was sometimes just too much fun.

Saturday

Lila quickly rushed out of the shower with her hair dripping as she almost slipped on the tiled floor. She put her hair in a towel wrap and began to dry herself with another towel. She checked the clock. 

She had 15 minutes to get ready.

She threw on her fake designer dress and rushed her makeup. She took a hairbrush and began to drag it through her wet locks, willing herself not to cry as her some of her hair was literally being ripped out of her scalp. Crying would ruin her half-assed makeup, after all.
