BNHA: Izuku Todoroki (What if Izuku is a Todoroki?)

Chapter 30

 Provisional Hero License Exam 3 

After explaining how there are professional actors who they had to rescue and grade them, and a heads up that some hero will act as a villain, more like hint it in a very vague way that totally no one got it, they made the students prepare for five minutes. 

Izuku and Shoto had spent this time talking. They didn't really need any relaxation cause they're already calm. So much for the Bakusquad, they are literally bothering Bakugou with their jokes and teasing. 

Izuku still feels uneasy around that Shiketsu bald kid. Inasa as he remembered. Somehow he's annoyed, yet there's this small whisper saying that there's just a misunderstanding. That the boy he remembered as Inasa was wronged. But he let his problems about that boy slip by first. 

As long as Inasa doesn't get in their way, then he'll let the boy be. Izuku wants a peaceful 'passing this exam with my brother' thing. 

Aside from that, he wants to pass since he's sure Fuyumi would prepare something for dinner. Their dad requested them to be home to celebrate. Aizawa agreed to Enji's request since he knew the situation. The black-haired teacher wouldn't want to separate Izuku from his family.

Soon, an alarm rang meaning the exams has started. Students scattered the whole arena. Of course, most of them were classmates teaming up due to trust and the compatibility of quirks. Of course, they also worked together with other schools, again, due to quirk compatibility. Teamwork is necessary for these exams. 

Spectators from outside the arena were pleased as they give points. The actors were already looking at their favorite students who saved them. Poor Bakugou. After five minutes, Izuku and Shoto somehow ended up meeting Bakugou where the blonde is shouting at the victim of the rockslide area. Izuku facepalmed and decided to interfere to calm his best friend. 

He promised to only do it once. If ever Kacchan didn't learn, then poor blonde will learn on his own after realizing his wrong in the remedial classes on these exams.

Izuku heard they were hell.

The first ten minutes were peaceful, and many were already saved and put to an area where students made it as where the medics are. Unfortunately, those ten minutes ended and a metal gate opened and showed. Gang Orca. A hero who's popularly voted for looking like a villain. 

His quirk allows him to have the abilities of an Orca or another term is Killer Whale on dry land.

"GANG ORCA!! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! HE'S TOO STRONG TO BE IN THIS EXAM" Ms. Joke had her comedic panic. Aizawa just smirked at her misfortune. He got an idea, it wouldn't hurt to tease the green-haired clown. "jokes on you then..." he said in a bored manner. Ms. Joke just couldn't believe that Aizawa had this much faith in his class.

 Bakugou now quiet and gently helping the lady and the old man, Izuku let him be with Kirishima and Denki. Shoto pulled Izuku to where the medics are hoping to bring peace to the one they had just rescued. Unfortunately, the villain is near. Too near. 

And so, after dropping them with the crowd, asked to be taken care of, and assured them everything will be fine, the twins ran toward the hero playing villain, along with his men. 

Easily passing through, they decided to distract Gang Orca. Using their flashy quirks to attract the attention for follow, and attack when the perfect distance, situation, and timing is met. 

Izuku glanced to his side for only a second, but time seemed slower when he exchanged looks with black ones from outside the arena. Aizawa watching closely at the twins, met eyes with Izuku who gave a smile whether it is for him or not. Ms. Joke seems to have taken interest in Aizawa's enthusiasm. 

"Those twins, opportunity always comes to them but, when it is not there, they create their own opportunities." Ms. Joke didn't really get what Aizawa meant but, the underground hero didn't miss it. 

The twins created an almost perfect and easy situation for them to attack the 'villain'. Cornering Gang Orca away from the other students, the victim actors, and their medical supplies. They were about to attack with their hot side since it will dehydrate their opponent... everything was according to plan, not until... 

A strong wind came in their direction. Resulting in a failed attack where the fire and air broke sideways, and Izuku's hot ice turned cold for some reason. Internally, an irritated Izuku cursed the man whoever did it. Looking at the air quirk user, He was so disappointed since he didn't really want a fight with the strong-built boy.

"Inasa." He seethed quietly only for himself to hear. The seconds of their rivalry allowed the hero playing villain to attack using his Ultrasonic waves at the students. Shindo did what he could since vibrations are his specialty.

Creating an earthquake-like towards Gang Orca. Effectively distracting him making the Ultrasonic waves stop. This is when all went downhill, For Izuku at least. Inasa started talking. His hate for Endeavor, Izuku was annoyed. The younger twin knew how his big brother never wanted to be compared to their old man. 

Yet Inasa did. This triggered Shoto. "Your eyes... are the same as his... cold, looking far away, filled with hatred." Inasa seethed. "Don't compare me with that old man..." Shoto whispered not really minding whether Inasa heard him or not. All he knows is that he is angry.

Aizawa sighed. "Well no matter what the outcome, Inasa would have to face some lecture as he showed a start of fight and interference in the middle of this exam." He let out. Ms. Joke silently agreed. Other instructors out there were agreeing as they saw it was intentional. A Shiketsu teacher was somewhat disappointed.

'If they continue like this, they're gonna lack teamwork' Gang Orca thought. Izuku was making plans on how to stop his brother from fighting. "competing like this won't do any good!!" He whisper-yelled to himself. 

Inasa and Shoto continued with their quirk battle. A Fire and Air contradicting each other. Much to Izuku's and each other's dismay is that both boys are stubborn. Shindo continued to distract Gang Orca, who returned a stronger Ultrasonic wave that defeated Shindo's vibrations.

Pushed away and getting weak, Shindo was catching up with his quirk's backlash and resting on the ground for a few seconds. What are the odds that Shoto and Inasa's fight ended up going directly at Shindo? 

Izuku started to get mad as Fire and Air went Shindo's way. Adding his quirk to hopefully defeat two elements, he shouted, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO!"

"What are you doing Dabi?" The voice of Shigaraki seethed. A smirk made it's way to Dabi's pretty face. "I said, I'm sorry. Hawks isn't really the one assigned to this league. He was just sent for distraction and extra information." 

Touya burned the whole place down. All nomu factory has been burned down. All files are burned and the doctor is stopped. All Might is currently facing All for One but that is not Touya's business.

He didn't care what was happening, but All Might better win. What's important to him is that...

He's going home
