Chapter 20

Dabi 2 and Toga

A flashback in a police station...

"These are all we have here Touya-kun." A blonde girl says as she hands a paper to Touya. "thanks Tsukauchi-chan.." He mumbled. "I gotta go Touya-kun. Dad needs help on a murder case." The girl left him alone and gave him privacy.

On the paper was a list of three names whose first was Izuku and ages 5-6. 

-Izuku Tanaka

-Izuku Midoriya

-Izuku Yanohoshi

By this time he was frustrated. 'What was I thinking? Musutafu is way too far from my old home..' He dropped the files and stood up. Leaving the room.

He didn't bother if anyone was listening but nevertheless said.. "tell Tsukauchi-chan I left the files on the table." he left the station and got a call from Hawks, he answered despite the mood he was in.

"I got a job for you.. It's an undercover operation" the other line said.

"Go infiltrate the LOV.."

In UA, the two classes has returned to the school. The students were piling up the question to Aizawa as to why he let the villains go. Their sensei gave a tired sigh.

"Dabi and Toga.. they are our spies under the league.." he said. "You think Dabi's fire was out of control and spread to the villains area? no.. Dabi is known to have sharp control over his flames.. ever wonder why none of you are burned?" The class was silent.

Silence was interrupted by the girls. "But sensei.. what about Toga? she clearly is trying to stab us.."

"From afar, I can see very well that her movements were sloppy.. Toga maybe young enough to be a high schooler but she helped a lot with investigations.." This shocked the class, especially the girls.

Toga Himiko. Just a week after her quirk manifested, her parents gave up on her. Her thirst for blood was a part of her quirk. She was dubbed a villain and immediately feared. Her parents not returning for a month now left her hungry and out of stock. He decided to go out herself and look for them.

She sobbed and cried to her content in an alley now understanding what's happening. she was abandoned. The police found her, there at the station she met detective Naomasa. He solved her case and got Himiko's parents sent to jail for child abandonment.

While Toga was under the police's care, the detective grew fond of Toga and ended up adopting her. Giving her the name Himiko Tsukauchi.

How did she start helping the government in murder cases? well, there was a time where they suddenly needed to investigate a crime scene of murder. Even though Tsukauchi is not fond of the idea of letting a  six year old child to see such horrific sight, The case seemed serious and he is requested to help.

While his adoptive father talks to one of the officers, she was passed onto another officer for them to watch. She looked at the seen before her eyes, it was bloody and the iron red is splatted on the brick wall of the alley. As her quirk is, she took a blood on her pointy finger then licked it. Not long later Himiko was gone but a man appeared.

All eyes came on her, shocked there was a man out of nowhere and the little girl was lost. It wasn't even a minute later that she changed back to her six year old self. What she drank was merely a drop.. she grew curious of the blood more. A smaller splat on the other wall.. She turned to a different man..

And with that, Tsukauchi solved the case by face identification and fingerprint from the system with the help of Himiko. Starting then on, Himiko knew she helped and did a heroic act. She did become a hero like she dreamed when she was three. It made her happy and wanted to help more. Now at sixteen, Himiko was sent to go undercover in the LOV as her quirk and acting skills are amazing and perfect for the job.

She didn't take the comment of her quirk perfect for the job offensive but rather took it as an advantage. She went under the name she hated the most. Himiko Tsukauchi, Alias: Toga. Toga Himiko.

Rei Todoroki and Enji Todoroki are taking it slow. But not too slow that they'd keep Izuku waiting. They got along, they relearned about each other, but there are times where they both are awkward.. and sometimes, argue. 

In the end of an argument, Enji learned to say sorry, even though he didn't start the argument sometimes. Sometimes they all would be in the same room and Natsuo became convinced that Endeavor is trying to change. He even fell down to number three in the last hero rankings and didn't bat an eyelid to it.

This made the four proud. They are suited enough to take Izuku with them already but, they want the doctor to confirm that Rei can go home now. Sadly, they didn't so it may take time.

Hearing this, Rei cried..

"Please.. Enji.. just bring Izuku home.. b-before we.. l-lose him again.." She sobbed on the chest of her husband. The other three couldn't help but felt sad for their mother. They all wanted Izuku with them right now. 

Now Enji came to a decision. "How about we take Izuku in our home now and.. we'll visit you.. clearly you are perfectly fine already." Enji suggested, lighting up the mood of the three and surprised Rei. Her tears stopped and wide eyed from shock. "R-really..?" The flame hero nodded.

"Fuyumi, let's fix the house later and prepare for Izuku's arrival."
