-Avery's P.O.V.-

I wake up in one of Soph's butterfly chairs, and I swear, my neck is in the worse position possible. Never fall asleep in one of these chairs. I check my phone, which was beside me, and look at the time- 10:37 A.M. Sophia and Brooklyn are still asleep- Brooke is asleep on the air mattress, and then Soph is asleep in her king sized bed. I know what you're thinking- 'Why didn't you all just sleep in Soph's bed??' well, Soph is very stingy. she does not like to share. I step over Brooke's pants and tank top, worried that she might be asleep in her bra and underwear... Luckily she's not because I decide to throw a random pillow at her head, so she moves leaving a space open in the covers.. I think that she has on a big T-Shirt..

I throw on my pair of Abercrombie skinny jeans, Polka dot Mickey Mouse Pullover, and my grey Allstar Converse. After all of that, I french braid my bangs into a full side braid. When I go back into Brooke's room, both her and Soph are still asleep, so that still gives me a good amount of time to finish getting ready and meet Austin. I grab my Coach purse, making sure I have my iPhone and my wallet, then I head downstairs hoping they will stay asleep. I plan on leaving my other clothes here since one of them can just drop them off at my house.

Making it out, with about an hour to spare, I call a cab to take me to my house to get my car.. When the cab arrives, I slide into the backseat with my purse on my lap, when I hear my phone buzz. 'Hey. Where r u at.? When I look to see who it's from, I notice it's from Soph. 'Erm.. I'll tell you later. Gtg!' She texts back something else, but I don't bother to reply, knowing that it would be pretty pointless. I look up and realize that we're already at my house, so the cab driver says- " $6.48." I hand him $7.00 telling him to keep the change- which he probably would've anyways. Grabbing my purse, I scoot out of the seat, making sure not to forget anything.

I open the front door being welcomed to the collage of pictures on the wall, right away I spot the one of me when I was about five in a little pumpkin costume for Halloween. I smirk a bit, then run upstairs to my room, grabbing my Starbucks card. I'm guessing my whole family is still asleep, so I sneak back out the door quietly and head towards my dad's black Yukon, which is now passed down to me. I grab the keys on the hanger, and drive to Starbucks. When I get to Starbucks, they know exactly what I plan on ordering since I'm a regular costumer. "Thanks, Jessica!" I say as I hand her over $6.00. "No problemo, Avery!" She's like my fourth best friend since I always come here and order from her. Checking the time as I look around for an empty table, I have about twenty minutes before I have to meet Austin. Honestly, I don't even know why I am keeping up with the time because I bet he certainly isn't...

I finish my Carmel Macchiato, then head back out to my SUV. I turn up the radio and listen to Hall Of Fame by The Script. While I'm looking around for the city park, idiotic me ends up getting lost on the way there. When I finally arrive, I notice a red Range Rover parked on the other side. Parking beside it, I realize that it's Austin- OK so maybe he does keep track of time when he wants too... Taking the keys out, I grab my phone shutting my car door. I'm guessing he heard because here he comes now from around the corner from his Range Rover. "Well someone's into fancy cars isn't he?" I smirk. "Who isn't?" He spits back. "Ha-Ha. Now why do you want me here?" And yes. I purposly made the 'Haha' into multiple syllables. 'To hangout? Is that such a crime?" He says pretty darn rudely. I roll my eyes at his response, and takes my wrist and leads me over to a shady tree. That's it. I'm officially terrified. I can't take not babbling anymore.

"Look.. I- I ermm.. Well.. why exactly did you want to hangout.. I mean.. I-is that even in your dictionary?! Erm.. Wait.. It wasn't supposed to come out like that.. Ermm.. I mean I guess if you wanted to hangout as friends.. I guess that would be OK.. Ermm.. Or do you even consider us friends.. Erm..-"

"Avery.. You're babbling again..." He reminds me. "Oh.. Erm.. thanks.."

-Austin's P.O.V.-

I can't help but realize how cute she is when she goes on and on when she gets nervous.. I mean, come on, probably the most popular girl in the school has to have a boyfriend. I'm trying not kiss her, because she's already terrified of me as it is. Wait, what am I saying? I'm actually pretty surprised that she hasn't passed out yet with me grabbing her wrist.. Just when I did that, she looked like she went a little light headed.

"Oh. And sure. I consider us 'friends' since you brought it up.'' I smirk. She does this little facial expression with a smirk mixed together, but I found it pretty funny, so I didn't mention anything. "you're cute when you smirk," I say, knowing that would probably just make her confused. She just rolls her eyes, and I noticed that she blushes. Brushing off the thought, I decide that I should get to know Miss Avery Thompson a little better before I go to my dailey ally fight tonight.
