"Aww I really enjoyed that.." Childe pouted as you quickly got up.

Before opening the door, you turned around.

"Maybe we can do it again.. If you behave yourself and stop teasing me all the time!" You whisper shouted.

"Sorry, sweetheart, but I can't. You're too adorable~!"

He got up and stretched before walking over to you. Childe gave you a reassuring smile, and placed his hand on top of your head. You felt a little better, and finally opened the door.

"(Y/n)! Annnd... Their boyfriend! Yaaay!" Lumine shouted, jumping on you.

You immediately hugged back, both of you spinning around. You then hugged Aether and officially introduced yourself to Paimon, and Childe to all three.

Aether was pretty calm, yet still happy to see you again. Paimon was ready to eat, and Lumine.. She was a little off.

You and Childe stepped out of the apartment, locking the door. The five of you began walking, you and Lumine behind the others. Paimon was dragging Aether along to get to the food quicker, and Childe understood you'd want alone time with Lumine, so he stayed a little bit ahead of you two.

You took notice of this, mentally noting to thank him later. For now, though, you had to check on Lumine.

You looked over at her. She seemed to be looking into the distance, so you cleared your throat for her attention.

"Lumi, you okay? You don't seem to be as Lumine-ey as usual.."

"Hmm? I'm fine! Just excited is all, and a little overwhelmed maybe."

You were suspicious but pressed no further.

"I understand. Everything will be just fine, though!" You reassured.

She smiled, and held your hand, running to catch up with Aether. You grabbed Childe's hand on the way, dragging him along as well. He smiled at you, and you winked at him, before turning back to look at Lumine who didn't seem as happy.

You decided not to ask anything about it.

"GUYS WELCOME BACK, WE MISSED YOU!! and I see you two matching (N/n), Xinyan told us all about your special guy here!" Amber shouted excitedly.

You let him introduce himself to her, before continuing inside. Amber basically gave you all a summary of where the food, drinks and snacks were, and when the fashion show and other games would start.

Paimon made her way to the kitchen, sparing no glances to the group behind her. Aether and Amber had gone to talk, which left only Lumine, Childe, and yourself. The others would be arriving soon.

"So you said you'd tell me, when did you guys meet? How did you even start dating this quickly?" She asked, slight suspicion and a pinch of anger in her tone.

"We met at the mall just about a week ago, I'd say? And what's it to ya, girlie? Are we perhaps... Jealous~?" He responded, trying to get a reaction.

"I just don't want my best friend getting hurt, they mean the world to me. I don't trust you." She deadpanned.

You listened to Childe egg her on for a little longer, until the doorbell rang.

"Alright guys, calm down! It's okay Lumine, I promise!" You reassured her, holding out your pinky.

"Alright.. But I'm keeping an eye on you." She pointed to Childe before smiling at you and finishing the pinky promise.

After that small problem had been dealt with, it was time to party. The first other group to arrive consisted of Baizhu who had brought Qiqi, Klee, and Diona.

The three younger ones ran into the backyard, chasing each other around. Baizhu greeted Amber and Aether, then your group. He then introduced himself to Childe in a friendly manner, yet he seemed as if he thought something was off.

You brushed it off, chatting with Lumine who was clinger then ever. You didn't mind it, as she was your best friend, and you were used to it. It was more surprising that Childe wasn't as up your butt as he normally was.

The last group to arrive had finally came. Beidou, Ningguang, Xiao, and Zhongli. They had only been so late because Zhongli couldn't figure out the GPS when he was driving himself to meet at Beidou's. This caused most of the people inside to giggle, before chatting and waiting for everything to start.

Lumine excused herself for a little bit to find Aether and Paimon. She wanted to tease him about Amber most definitely having a crush on him. You laughed at her, before leaving to find Childe.

Luckily he wasn't far, and it seemed he'd made friends with Zhongli and joined him in a group of others. This consisted of Childe, Zhongli, Venti, and Keqing.

They'd been arguing about what the best drink was, which had of course been started by Venti. Whilst the others argued, you flicked Childe's head from behind.

He turned around, seeing you, which made him happier. He smiled at you and ruffled your hair.

"Having fun?" You asked, chuckling.

"I am, actually. It's better than I thought it'd be... and what did I tell ya? We're just fine!"

You nodded in agreement, putting your hand on top of the one he had on your head.

"Ah~ someone's really warming up to me? I knew you would!"

You rolled your eyes, laughing.

"I'm gonna go talk to some others.. See you soon? Be careful!" You said, waiting for a response before leaving.

"Wait, I'll come! I can talk to these guys again later, but I want to spend more time with you for now, sweetheart!" He quickly responded, throwing an arm around your shoulder.

"If you say so... For now, let's go see Kaeya and Diluc!"

He hummed in response, ruffling your hair again. You told him he was annoying, which made him laugh. The two of you were then off to talk to some others before it was time to start the games and other fun things.
