The plane ride consisted of Valentina over-stressing majorly. Her mind wandered to how the woman would look like, considering she has never met the children of the Graysons, let alone how'd they act on a personal level

Knowing this job was only because of her loyalty to her brother, despite his behaviour, she began to regret taking the file, and reading all about the notorious Hazel Grayson.

Valentina learned that the woman was a model, working for her mother's business that she ran globally, modelling under 'Grayson Global'. However surprisingly, there wasn't much about Hazel for she was a private woman, much like Valentina.

A final moment Valentina stole for herself before she exited the landing spot and made her way to a black limo that, to Valentina, had 'privilege' written all over it.

She noticed two figures standing beside it, a man in which wore a suit, and a woman that appeared to be the woman on the file Valentina repeatedly read during the plane ride.

Coming closer, Valentina noticed her slim figure being highlighted to the formal attire she wore, her ruffled yet pleasing to the eye hair danced in the wind as her jewelled orbs locked with copper eyes. Val, almost coming to a complete stop, Hazel stood in an intimidating manner, looking Valentina up and down, judging her internally.

"Get in." The blonde muttered, leaving no room for protest as she followed her own instructions.

Already angry at the girl's bitterness, she excused it, wanting a nice start before remembering she'll be dealing with her for another three months. "Did you read my file?"

Hazel scoffed at the question, "Why would I, it has nothing to do with me."

Releasing how bratty the woman was, Val wanted to defend herself. "I don't know what happens in that idiotic brain of yours, but I believe being your fiancée does have something to do with you." Valentina answered, letting her mouth speak the truth she held in despite her brain's warnings.

"Excuse me?" Hazel replied as she turned to face the woman that isolated herself, "Watch your tone when you speak to me."

"As if I would." Valentina deadpanned, noticing how the older girl's eyebrows raised in challenge. Internally, her body was screaming with rage, but of course, she couldn't let it all out, not now.

"Ahem." The chauffeur intervened, "We've arrived Ms Grayson."

Not wasting a second, Hazel exited the car in a swift moment as she slammed the door shut before Valentina could even breathe a second breath. She stood by the entrance of the manor, waiting for Valentina even though she took no interest in the girl.

Arriving at the steps of the mansion, Valentina felt a hand wrap around her waist, tugging at her side. Taken back by the gesture, she attempted to pull away from the woman, yet awfully failing and mistakenly pulling herself closer than she'd like. "What're think you're doing?"

"You were hired to be my fiancée remember? So play the part and shut up." Hazel reminded through gritted teeth, watching the doors open to the foyer where another womanly figure stood not too far from the entrance as she spoke to a staff member.

"Hazel! You made it." The womanly figure said, embracing Hazel as Valentina scooted to the side, watching as the blonde's mother give her nothing but love. "And this must be your fiancée."

Before Valentina knew it, Hazel's mother wrapped the girl into her arms, trapping her in an endless pit of new love. "Hello to you too Mrs Grayson."

"Please, call me Mia." The woman asked as she unravelled herself off of Valentina.

The two women shared a genuine look, sharing a moment in which Valentina felt like she had a mother in her life, one that showed her the aspects of growing up properly. However, this moment was soon interrupted as she felt another pair of fo hands wrapped around the neck, another act of engulfing Valentina into a hug.

"And you just be Teagan." Valentina chuckled, unwrapping herself from the embrace, finally looking into another pair of eyes that shone like a diamond.

"And you must be Valentina." Teagan smiled as she saw her sister wrap her arms around her 'fiancée' in an attempt to truly play the loving couple she never wanted in the first place.

"Ahem." Hazel coughed, catching the attention of her little sister. "Now that you're introduced, I'll be in our room unpacking." The blonde bluntly interrupted as she walked gracefully to her room, not feeling the need to socialize, especially with her newfound fiancée she barely knew.

"Jetlag." Valentina excused as politely as she could as the foyer filled with silence as they watched Hazel slam the door to her bedroom. "So, uh, anyone up for a little tour?"
