The creature that was about to become my familiar, was a dragon.
But it wasn't just any ordinary dragon it was the first lord of the dragons, he was also the one who found the dragon tribe and became the first king of Eralith's familiar.
This dragon is only able to become the familiar of the members of the royal family in Eralith, but can only be the familiar of those blessed by god. So, it means that not just every royal family member in Eralith can be the master of the legendary dragon.
Till now only the first king was able to become the master of the 'Demonic dragon', but now I might be the second.

"Demonic dragon, will you be my familiar? I shall give you a name worthy of your existence," I said to the dragon.
"Child, you are the ancestor of my old master are you not?" The dragon said.
He continued, "but, you have not reached your full potential. You have to undergo a trial that I will give you, in order for you to unleash your power. Once you pass my trial, I will be your familiar. But child, first give me a name, then my trial will begin."
I thought inwardly, "I have not reached my full potential? What does that mean? I know I still have a long way to go, but what does he mean by potential? Anyways, I will agree to his trial and give him a name as he requested."
"I will undertake your trial and pass it, so now I will name you, 'Abeloth'." I said.
Abeloth said, "it's a fine name for me, now you will undergo my trial to unleash your full potential.But child let me tell you this, in this trial you cannot leave unless you complete it. If you fail you will be sent to the void with no escape, now that you know this do you still want to undergo my trial?"
As Abeloth said that I said to him confidently, "even if the trial is risky, I will still undergo it to become stronger."
