Chapter 7

Chad P.O.V

When I told Sophia to get behind me I meant it. Standing right in front of us was the pack bully. His name was Zerrick, he had the smell of a rogue and the heart of well.. he really didn't have a heart.

"Hey Chad, this your new toy? Say when your done with her can I have a go?"

This made my blood boil. I really just wanted to attack him right then and there. But I didn't because my Sophia was behind me scared to death as it was. I didn't want to make it worse by attacking him and having a fight right in front of her. With my luck she'd join in and that's something I don't want.

"Zerrick just get out of her would ya, she's not my toy she's my mate, and you wont lay a paw on her." (feels funny saying paw instead of finger haha) He laughed like it was some type of joke.

"Silly Chad, don't you know I always get what I want? After all I had fun with your sister didn't I?

That's when it clicked. I remember my sister telling me about how she loved Zerrick, she thought that he was her mate. And by god did she get that one wrong. She came back one night from where ever they were in the exhibit and she had blood running out of her leg, she said it was fine. But now I know the reason behind it. It was his fault she had that scar. I was hoping that through all of this that Sophia would keep her mouth shut. But with her Alpha blood she couldn't help it

"I don't know who you think you are coming over here and invading our space but I suggest you turn around and leave us alone. Why don't you go find your own toy, because until further notice i'm currently unavailable.

I thought what she had just said was gold, what I was mostly worried about was he could attack her at any time that he wanted to. But to my surprise he chuckled and turned around and walked away. She of all wolves, my mate, just made Zerrick turn his back and leave. I was amazed.

"I'm sorry.. I just had to say something, and trust me I was scared to death.

"It's fine babe, no one has ever said anything like that to him. But you're lucky he didn't attack you!

She giggled "It wouldn't have hurt, i'm a white wolf remember, i'm stronger than he is. She said this with her head in the air. With lots of confidence

"I like your confidence but he's really strong Sophia, I would know, I've fought him before. When he's mad he's strong, like scary strong, he could kill you Sophia!

"He could, but he wouldn't once I told him who my father was! He'd turn around and run for the hills.. well if he could.

"Wait your dad is someone special? Almost like a famous wolf?"

"Well I mean ya, you should have heard about him."

My eyes went big when she said this. I have never heard about or met her dad. But he had to be someone special if she just told me that I should have heard about him.

"D-do I have to met him?"

"Well duh silly, you're going to have to, but let's not worry about it right now, lets just get some sleep."

When I heard sleep I was in, I just plopped down were I was standing and he did the same making her body wrap around mine perfectly.

"Goodnight Chad."

"Goodnight, Soph."

"Oh, I have a nick name now?"

"Well ya, it's late and don't feel like saying your full name."

She sighed "Goodnight Chad, I love you."

"I love you too, Soph."

I closed my eyes and had a dream about my life with my mate.

 So this just might be the biggest chapter I've ever written, I couldn't help it I had to post it tonight. I'm so greatful for everyone who reads this. It always encourages me to keep going knowing that I have your guy's support. A picture of what I picture Chad as is on the side... Would anyone else think it would be cool if someone made a trailer for this?! Haha although it may never happen it would be pretty sweet. Agian I love you all for reading this book! <3 (#CalleWasHere)
