Chapter 20: Champagne for Real Friends Real Pain for my Sham Friends.

(VIOLET'S P.O.V)

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing to Bulls In The Bronx by Pierce The Veil. Who the hell could be calling me so early? It was my older sister, Alejandra .

V: "Hello?" I say in a raspy voice because it's too god damn early for me.

A: "Is it true?"

V: "Is what true?"

A: "That mom and dad are getting a divorce"

V: "Yeah it's true sadly" I say having a little sigh at the end.

A: "oh Well how have you been?"

V: "Couldn't be better!" I lie

A: "oh ok that's good. Well we'll keep in touch cause I have to go to work."

V: "ok bye love you"

A: "Love you too, stay safe and say hi to mom for me"

V: "ok bye"

I hung up and decided to go downstairs to eat breakfast. When I go downstairs I see my mom cooking pancakes. "Why are you up so early?" She asked. "Cause Alejandra Called me." "What did she say?" "Stuff " I replied while taking a bite of my pancake. My mom then left to get ready for her work.

I went upstairs to the bathroom and started getting ready. I decided to wear a black tank top with a Fall Out Boy jacket over it and jeans. It's not like I'm going to take the jacket off. I went to my room and put on some combat boots. I quickly change my phone case and went to school.

When I get to school I meet Katie at the cafeteria. "How are you doing with the breakup?" Katie asked. "Oh, I'm over him" I said. "I really have to tell you something in private Violet." We then walked to the bathroom. "I uh... I kinda kissed Jc right after I left your house that day" Katie said very quickly as if she was ripping off a bandaid. "YOU DID WHAT!" I said screaming. Then Kiana comes out of nowhere and says "Looks like I'm not the whore anymore." "WELL AT LEAST SHE DIDNT SLEEP WITH EVERYONE ON THE FOOTBALL TEAM!" I yelled once more. Then we walked out of the bathroom. "Are you going to be ok if maybe we start going out?" Katie asked "I told you Katie I'm over him it's ok" I said as we walked to our 1st period.
When I got home after school, I decided to call Kellin to see if we're still going to the bowling alley on Friday.
He didn't pick so I decided to call him again. he didn't answer so I decided to start getting ready for my therapy.
I finished it and got dressed in a Black Veil Brides shirt and black skinny jeans. I still had some time left so I decided to play on my phone. I then got a text message from some of my old friends that are in college. (Yes I do have friends that are in college). We used to get high and stuff like that. So basically me and my college friends would sneak out at night and get high and maybe possibly do illegal things. They were meeting up tonight and I decided to go cause why not. At the same time I got a text message from JC. It said "Is it true that you and Kiana got in a fight today before school?" I replied by saying~ "Well hey to you to and no we didn't get in a fight it was just a little argument and how did you figure out." He answered by saying ~ "She told me that you almost beat her up and thank goodness you didn't cause you probably would've sent her to the the hospital 😅" "Oh hah 😅" "so how've you been?" He asked. I'm surprised he kept the conversation going. "I'm doing good how about you?" "I'm good......" "Why so many dots??😅😂" I asked. I knew when he did this something was up. "Ummm I made many big mistakes lately and I just wanted to say that......... I still have feelings for you....😫". He what?????
