chapter 10, the sacrifice

at nighttime,  Christopher slept better than he did in his lifetime in the comfy, luxurious bed. but then suddenly Christopher woke up to a strange sound. and when he looked in front of him. the strange man from earlier was there. "what the freak are you doing in here. can't i sleep in peace!" shouted Christopher as he saw him. but before he knew it he was put in and cage with electric wires on the walls so he wouldn't escape. then he and other men and women where in a strange room with 6 monsters in front of them. then the strange man said to the 6 monsters " which one of these traveler's do you to eat?". then one of the monster's said "i have the gift to talk unlike other monster's, so i will speak on there behalf, we have decided on boy number 6!". and boy number 6 was........not Christopher, it was a kind handsome farmer named Phillip. then the monster that could talk said "now the rest of you BE GONE, or we will eat all of you!". then Christopher immediately left the room, while the other's where saying there goodbye's to the soon to be dinner Phillip. meanwhile, Flynn and floof floof were drinking water out of the fountain in another town that was near bye. then he saw Christopher running into the town. "whoa, what's up with you whirlwind?" asked Christopher as he was panting. "the town we where both in earlier with the meadow hotel, that strange guy kidnapped me and 5 other people, then some monster's had to select one of us to eat! and he choose this random guy! i am so glad that they didn't choose me!" explained Christopher. "well maybe they don't like cowards. instead of running why not actually help that random guy!" shouted Flynn. "the other almost chosen people beside's me are dealing with this i think they can handle it!" said Christopher in a kind of stupid way. "well i am going to help save that man and help those people! and defeat those monsters!" said Flynn in a very inspiring way. "well we want to help too, sign us up to help!"  said the villagers of the village they were in. and then they grabbed all of their weapons and went off. but then one of the villagers said "wait who will watch the children and protect them if monster's show up!". then two hand raised up, and those hand's belonged to the village nurse and Christopher. "well who wants to fight the most, that is how we will decide who stays with the kids." said the mayor of the village. "well, Christopher. if you really are brave like you say you are then come with us. if not then, stay here and cower in fear!" said Flynn. he chose to stay with the kids and cower. while Flynn, floof floof, and the entire Village went off to stop those monster's!
