chapter 19, the final battle at the dark temple

then finally after all that fighting and killing and saving, all of the remnants of darkness are gone. and how does Flynn know this, because he has been collecting the dark crystals after he defeated each remnant, and the grand wizard said that their were 20 remnants, and he had 20 dark crystals. so he had defeated them all, and he felt glad that he freed all of those monsters. and just so you remember, monster's don't really die,  if they die there spirits get reincarnated into the next born monster. then after all those days and nights of fighting and more fighting, Flynn, Floof floof, and the tiny crab have finally reached the temple. "finally, no we need to take down the spigon and then we are done. but i wonder..... is this spigon truly that evil to kill a ton of knights and kidnap princess Athena for no reason then just because?" said Flynn with a wondering tone in his voice. then Flynn and his team went into the temple to see something very shocking, Christopher was tangled within the spigon's webs! and you would think that Flynn would kill the spigon on the spot. but he didn't, he just walked up to the beast and looked around the temple. then when he looked behind the spigon, he saw something both shocking and kind of cute, and it was baby spigons! finally it all made sense, some knight's probably went up to the temple and the spigon thought that the knight's wanted to harm her and her baby's, so she did what every parent would do in this scenario, killing them. so then all those other knights probably viewed the spigon as a heartless monster after she killed those knights. then she killed those knights because they really were a threat to her and her baby's. and the reason she kidnapped princess Athena because she wanted revenge on the knights and the king. then Flynn wanted to make sure that the spigon knew that Flynn wouldn't harm her because he knew that she killed all of those knights to protect her baby's, and Flynn would never harm someone that is not truly heartless at all. an the way he let her know that was that he put all of his weapons in a bag that Floof floof is carrying, and then he walked up to the spigon and touched her on the forehead, and the spigon trusted him. then something finally hit him, something he has been searching for all of his life was right in front of him. he remembered that when he was a baby there were fires all around him, and people kept on shouting that the fires were caused by a dragon remnant of darkness. then something killed the remnant and saved Flynn and the rest of the village. and he remembered that the thing that saved him as a baby was the spigon! then Flynn gave the spigon the greatest hug ever, and the spigon hugged back. then Christopher broke out of the webs and tried to kill the spigon, but Flynn got his shield out of the bag and defend the spigon. "why are you protecting this monster! i need to kill it to become the true hero!" shouted Christopher. "this quote on quote monster actually saved my life as a baby, and it is not a monster! the reason the spigon is killing all of those knights was because she thought that they were a threat to her baby's! and sense she saved my life i will make sure that no one harms her or her children!" said Flynn with determination in his voice. "whatever, so what if she saved your stupid life! i am going to become the true hero even if i have to kill you both!" shouted Christopher with and evil tone in his voice. then they had a sword battle, it lasted for such a long time that Floof floof almost ate the tiny crab due to not being fed, but thankfully the tiny crab brought some food along with him so he and Floof floof won't starve to death. "why won't you give up i totally have the upper hand!" said Christopher with tons of pride in his voice. "the reason i won't give up is because i want to make sure that you will not harm the spigon and her baby's. because i fight for those people who are on the side of light, even if i get bruises and get very injured, as long as those who are good are safe, then it is all worth it in the end!" said Flynn with extreme confidence in his voice. then suddenly all the swords he had (the sword from his parent's, the fairy blade, the monster sword, and the sword of seas) all fused into one! then he used the pureness of all the people he knew, and the inner strength of all the people he knew and magic he had to create gigantic beam of light! then he shot the beam of light at Christopher, and the power of the beam was so powerful that the temple itself came crashing down! but thankfully everyone made it out okay, but Christopher seemed really injured! "hey queen Charlotte i need your help!" shouted Flynn with desperation in his voice. "oh thank god that i finally got that spell right, oh hi Flynn, guess what i finally mastered that teleportation spell. o and what can i help you with now" said queen Charlotte. "help Christopher, he needs some help! can you help him!?" said Flynn again with even more desperation in his voice. "but are you sure you want to help him, he has done some bad stuff, i mean he hypnotized an entire army into thinking that he was part of the army and helped out in the war! and that is a crime, both to hypnotize and to say that you were part of the army when you weren't. but if you really want him to live then okay i guess, here is the magic spell, Iyasu quarire!" said queen Charlotte as she cast her spell. "oh i forgot to say that the healing process would take about a week." said queen Charlotte with regret in her voice. "you know that's okay, if we go now then we can get to the castle before him. but then the spigon grabbed Flynn and took him to a place within the cave to let him see what was within. then Flynn saw the very stain glass window that the grand wizard had used to seal away the great darkness and the possessed rose Ann. and then Floof floof  walked to where Flynn and the spigon were, but then the bag carrying the dark crystals floated near the stain glass. and the stain glass would have broken if it haven't been for queen Charlotte grabbing the bag and flying far away from the stain glass. "Flynn you see, if the dark crystals are ever near the stain glass window. then the great darkness will break free!" said queen Charlotte. "i shall bring them with me to the castle, the grand wizard should know what to do with them." said Flynn. then the spigon brought princess Athena to Flynn. "thank you for saving me young warrior, i will give you a gift as soon as we get back to the castle" said princess Athena. but then Flynn got on Floof floof to get ready to ride to the castle with the princess. "WAIT, i can teleport you to the castle if you want!" said queen Charlotte. "yes, thank you!" said Flynn with much gratitude in his voice. so they used the spell of teleportation. when they saw the grand wizard, Flynn told them everything bad that Christopher has done.
