"Silentwatcher!"

Lightningpaw's eyes darted to his mother in surprise as Silentwatcher narrowed her eyes at the accuser, the quiet she-cat's gaze filling with rage.

"Really? Bubblepaw was my friend, why would I try to hurt his mentor?" the she-cat protested, as Gullwing forced her in front of Shellstar's scrutinising glare.

Pebblestorm scoffed, nodding in agreement with the accusation.

"You always spent too much time with that apprentice, bet you wanted him all for yourself didn't you?" the she-cat spat, as Silentwatcher growled, unsheathing her claws.

"Enough!" Gullwing yowled, his patience coming to an end. "CoralClan, we must come to a decision. Is Silentwatcher innocent or guilty?"

Evidence of her innocence:

- Bubblepaw was her friend and she had nothing against Ripplestreak, it does not provide much evidence for motive

- She was already on the hunting patrol, it is unlikely she would've been able to slip away from the group

- She prefers to keep to herself, and does not often act violently 

Evidence of her guilt:

- She is cold and cynical, perhaps the traits of a cat on a darker path

- Her clanmates have questioned her loyalty following the judgement of her relationship with the rogue, Lightningpaw's father.

- Her son dislikes Bubblepaw, maybe he could've had resentment against his mentor
