THIS PART CONTAINS A SUMMARY OF SOME OF THE EVIDENCE ACROSS OTHER SCENES, HOWEVER THERE ARE STILL HIDDEN CLUES IN THE MURDERER'S WORDS, DESCRIPTIONS AND HOW THE VICTIM VIEWED THEM THAT OBVIOUSLY CANNOT BE LISTED HERE.
Hazelstar sighed heavily as Onefeather muttered the results to her, tail lashing in annoyance and frustration. "Blossomsnow, you have been voted innocent, and you will stay in DawnClan," the leader announced, and the she-cat sighed with relief. Rushflower glared at her, wrapping her tail around her kits.
"I say we guard her, we still don't know if she's innocent!" the she-cat growled. Hazelstar winced slightly, but nodded. "Alright, Shellshine and Rainyshadow please guard Blossomsnow for the day. You may stay in the warriors den," the leader commented, and the toms nodded reluctantly, Rainyshadow giving Blossomsnow an awkward attempt at a sympathetic smile. Shellshine shook his head, and they walked to the warriors den together.
"Clan dismissed, but Onefeather and Tansymouse please come to my den for a discussion on what to do about this tomorrow." the leader ordered, and they nodded, the clan dispersing.
---------------------
Hazelstar's den was surprisingly warm, the dawn's light shining through into the hollow tree and a large, comfortable nest in the centre of it. Leaves were littered across the tree's interior, and Hazelstar went to sit on a branch, Onefeather following while Tansymouse attempted to haul herself up with some difficulty, before settling down.
"Let's think about what we know so far," Hazelstar began and Onefeather nodded, beginning to think. "They have some or all light fur, they are a warrior, they weren't in the warriors den when Cloverwish died and Flickerheart says she heard the murderer talking about the fall of the clans for freedom," the deputy muttered. Tansymouse looked frustrated. "Gah, there's loads of cats here with light fur, how can we possibly figure this out!" she hissed.
Hazelstar looked irritated by her pessimistic nature. "Would you stop being grumpy for once and actually help us?" she spat, somewhat uncharacteristically. Tansymouse's eyes widened, and she leapt off her branch. "Don't ask for my help if you're going to speak to me like that," the medicine cat snapped, stalking off outside. Onefeather gave the she-cats an exasperated look, sighing loudly.
---------------------
Tansymouse grumbled to herself as she walked along, cursing Hazelstar while hissing insults about each and every clan member. "I was born into the wrong generation, I'm telling you now," she muttered. "All so young and arrogant. I'm the only wise one here!" the she-cat sighed dramatically.
"If you were so wise, then surely you wouldn't be so stupid to come all the way out here," a voice mocked from behind.
Tansymouse looked around, scowling. "Who said that? Come out you coward!"
The voice chuckled sadistically. "Of course."
Tansymouse was thrown to the ground by a strong figure, unable to shake it off. She began to yowl.
---------------------
Nightsoul padded gently through the leaves, the tom desperate for something to clear his head. His daughter had been a murderer all along, Cloverwish was dead. How could the world still exist through such tragedy?
A yowl of terror.
Perhaps he could lessen the tragedy a little.
Nightsoul began to run.
---------------------
The tom near enough skidded to a halt in the depths of the forest. It was horrific. Tansymouse was covered in blood, gasping for air as she struggled on the ground. It seemed the murderer had gone.
'If they had been here, I swear...
Right, healing.
"Wait here Tansymouse," he began, and the she-cat rolled her eyes, annoyance still apparent, even close to death. "D-Do I l-look like I could move you m-mouse-brain?" she spat, and the tom gave her a knowing look.
"I'll be back in a minute." The black furred tom sprinted to camp, yowling for Hazelstar and Flickerheart, who had some healing experience, to come quickly
---------------------
Tansymouse sat quietly in the medicine den as Flickerheart did her best to cover up her wounds. The she-cat tossed her a glare. "Never did I think I'd have to be healed in my own den," the medicine cat muttered, but it was only met with a half-hearted laugh from Flickerheart, who then stopped and frowned.
"Hazelstar said we weren't supposed to go out alone, why didn't you listen?" the she-cat asked in frustration.
Tansymouse gave her a dead-pan look.
"When do I ever listen?"
---------------------
Hazelstar met the eyes of her clan once more, seemingly loosing life in them each time the leader would cry out for the dreaded summoning.
"Tansymouse was attacked, but luckily Nightsoul managed to get to her before the murderer could do her any more harm. We're not getting anywhere..." the she-cat muttered.
A voice cried out across the clearing, "I accuse..."
