Pov: George

I sat there as I watched Dream muddle around his equipment to hook it up.

We were sitting in a separate room to practice in since the dancers and gymnasts needed the extra room to do their acts.

The room was quiet except for the clanking of Dream hooking up the aerial hoop to the clips.

He seemed to be struggling.

But I could care less. I don't feel like helping him.

I've been trying to come up with a song and what tricks we can do to wow the judges.

"Hey sweetheart, do you mind holding the ladder for me?" he asked as he fumbled back and forth.

You would think an aerial performer would have impeccable stability. But no.

I walked over to the bottom of the ladder and wrapped my hands around the metal.

The could barely even make it around the front.

Dream looked down at me "so do you have any ideas for a song we should perform to?"

I looked up at him. His muscles were showing a lot more now that he was doing handy work. His grey muscle shirt definitely accentuated his form even more

"I don't know... We have to get some sort of theme to do this." I said looking up at the freckle covered boy.

"Well I had an idea for a song. But I don't know if you would want to do it. I guess it just depends on your taste." He mumbled under his breath. Dream seemed to be nervous coming up with this idea.

As if he's trying to impress me.

Yeah right. Why would he do that?

"Well what's the song?" I tilted my head. I was curious to see what this jerk thought of. He doesn't seem the type to have artistic ideas, more of the type that just listens to the instructor and does the performance as it's given.

No flair to it.

"How about the song El Tango de Roxanne?"
A smirk appeared across his face.

I almost fell back in shock.

He wants us to perform that?

El tango de Roxanne is such a seductive song that you have to have a lot of chemistry to pull it off.

Me and him.

Have none of that.

"I mean, we could do another so-"

Dream interrupted me at such a haste.

"Nope! I think this is perfect. And it suits our attitudes towards each other."
