Chapter 26: Not your typical fairy godmother

"Aurora," I whistle as I head towards the basement where Aurora is kept, apparently Kol went to find Kai, I have no idea what he is gonna tell him, probably gonna snitch on me or expose me. "Nik I will take it from here," I said as I saw Klaus's hand is dug into her chest, "alright love, I will be upstairs," he said whilst wiping his hand with a cloth, "thank you," then I give him a small hug. 

After he went upstairs, I turn to Aurora, "are you gonna tell me the truth or do I need to compel it out of you?" I grab her jaws making her look at me, "truth or not, does it change the fact that your boyfriend had sex with me? For the whole night, I get why you like him so much, he is amazing in be—" She was cut off by me slapping her, "watch your dirty little mouth, princess," I said with sarcasm. I saw the bottle of vervain water that Nik has left in here, "how about this? I ask a question, you answer me honestly, if I'm happy, maybe I will let you go, if I'm not, I will make you drink some of those vervain water, heard that they do taste lovely, really warms up your stomach," I said before I kicked her in the stomach. "Alright then," she gritted her teeth, "and don't worry, your fairy godmother is not gonna be able to save you this time, Aurora." I whisper next her ear.

"So, first of all, what did you want with Kai?" I said as I start pacing around her making her more anxious, "oh I don't want anything with him," she said weakly, "let me rephrase it for you, what do you get out of all this drama?" I bent down to her level watching her face closely, "I just wanted to torture you, Kai is the best way to get to you, I mean you did become a lot weaker after you fell in love with him didn't you? Lucien's bite didn't kill you, which shocked me, then your brother killed him and turned me into an ordinary vampire again, and here you are, living a happy life with your boyfriend, you think I would like you after what your sibling did to us?"

Her words shocked me a little, I didn't expect her to give me a whole ass victim speech, "you are telling me that you went all this far just to break us up? That's it? No plotting revenge? Or dagger one of us?" Aurora chuckles at my words, "no darling, I rather watch the prophecy come true with my own eyes, it is going to be way more fun than killing one of you, one by friend, one by foe, and one by family. I wonder who is going to kill you, is it gonna be Kai, or Klaus, or your favorite brother Kol?" Then Aurora starts laughing, "enough," I start chugging vervain water down her throat.

"Now, tell me what did you do to Kai last night or else I will gouge out those pretty little eye balls of yours and put it in my martini," I hold a knife in front of her eyes, "I did drug him, he was telling the truth, but you Mikaelsons are all way too paranoid to believe anyone else but yourself," she let out a evil grin on her face, I stabbed her in the neck with the knife making her screaming in pain, "does he remember what happened?" I continue to ask her, "tell me or I will gouge out you lungs," I clench my jaws and grabbing her face, "no, if I let him remember everything that happened, he wouldn't wreck his brain trying to figure out what happened between us that night right?" I dropped her to the ground after hearing what she just said.

Kai is the only thing I can think about right now.

I vamp speed back upstairs, "Nik I need to go find Kai, don't kill her yet," I yell at Klaus's direction then get inside my car, on the way over I kept thinking about what she had just said. A big part of me know that she is right, all of the Mikaelsons are too paranoid to believe anyone but themselves, especially me and Klaus, maybe that's why he didn't tell me about the prophecy, the downfall of the Mikaelsons, one by friend, one by foe, and one by family.

I pulled over in front of my house and storming in, thank god, Kai is sitting on the couch with Kol watching, Peppa pig?? I was wrecking my brain and this's what they have been doing?

"Kai!" I yelled his name then launching myself into his arms, and poor Kol is witnessing all this while sitting next to us with popcorn in his hand, "hello to you too sister," I heard him complaining, "I will deal with you later," I shot him a warning glare. "Fine, I will leave you two alone, see you in the compound later bunny, and we will watch the next episode some other time mate," he pats my head and gives Kai a smile then he left.
