summary- tommy betrays techno so philza abandons him and replaces him with ranboo and tubbo. sam and puffy adopt him, making dream his older brother.

(note! sam and puffy aren't dating or married they just care for dream, tommy etc. so they agreed to both be their parents)

in the beginning tommy is 12 and dream is 17 (i think i did the math right-) and then later on they're 21 and 16

"leave, tommy." philza hissed, giving the boy one last chance to leave or he'd kill him. tommy nodded and walked out the door, looking back at techno and phil who showed no signs of guilt.

closing the door, tommy felt tears running down his cheeks and he ran. ran until his legs gave out and he fell onto the ground, screaming.

he'd been so stupid. he betrayed techno, phil hated him, techno hated him, wilbur was gone so he couldn't protect him, and they replaced him with ranboo.

tubbo didn't even care or notice! he was too busy being best friends with ranboo to care. tommy sighed, letting his eyes close and passing out.

"dream i'm gonna go get some wood, wanna come with me?" puffy asked the blonde who nodded and quickly stood up, putting on his armour and weapons on his belt.

puffy smiled as dream opened the door for her as she went through. dream followed after her, walking to the woods they always cut trees down.

of course, they always planted new trees. as dream looked around, he saw a person passed out on the ground. "mom, there's a boy over there.." dream pointed out and puffy ran over there as soon as she saw the boy.

"oh god.. poor kid." puffy mumbled. tommy had scratches all over him and a big cut on his face. "c'mon, help me carry him. we can get wood another day." puffy said and dream did as he was told, carrying the boy.

he and puffy made their way home which wasn't far and they were thankful for that. puffy held open the door for dream and dream set tommy down on the couch.

"hey, back so earlier? what ha-" sam paused, seeing the boy on the couch. "i'll go get the medical supplies.." sam told and quickly went upstairs.

dream crouched down next to the boy, tracing the cut on his face. "it's gonna leave a big scar. at least it didn't hit his eye." dream said and puffy hummed.

sam came back with the medical equipment, setting it down in front of puffy since she, of course, was the medic.

puffy got to work, bandaging and cleaning the cuts on the boy's arms, legs, and face. "alright, i finished and now we just have to wait for him to wake up. his body needs rest." puffy told both the boys and they nodded.

"i'll go make soup. dream, duckling, can you help me please?" puffy asked and dream nodded, going to the kitchen with puffy. sam was left alone, sitting down next to the bandaged boy.

he decided he might as well be here for when he wakes up.

tommy groaned. he had a terrible migraine and wished he stayed asleep for it to end. not to mention the pain on his legs which were most likely sore.
