Within three hours of just talking, Taehyung was fast asleep on the bed. Those three hours consisted of Taehyung asking Jungkook questions about how it was to be a vampire. How it felt to see the world change around him. There were so many questions it kind of made Jungkook's head ache. Then Taehyung started to talk about his upbringing and how he was kicked out at the age of fifteen because of his homophobic parents. Thinking he had a close enough relationship with his parents until he came out to them and well, he was kicked out the next day.

It was saddening for Jungkook since in Taesoo's backstory, he was kicked out for the same reason but at least Taesoo had Jungkook right? But Taehyung had no one and that was the sad part. He felt like a bother and so he didn't ask anyone for help. Taehyung brought himself up and it was amazing for Jungkook since he had to do the same thing. Eventually, Taehyung was starting to doze off but promised Jungkook that he wasn't tried. Then Jungkook was watching Taehyung fall asleep within minutes and well, yeah.

After covering up Taehyung, Jungkook left the room. Once he entered the living room though there stood Hoseok with a glass of wine. "You brought him home." Hoseok clicked his tongue before finishing the glass. Falling onto the couch, Jungkook sighed while running his fingers through his hair. "I have good reasons. The first being that Yoongi was right. There are vampires that want Taehyung dead. How do I know that? Taehyung tried to kill me but that was because he was under compulsion to do so." Jungkook told Hoseok.

Hoseok then sat down after hearing Jungkook speak about how Yoongi was right. "If he was under compulsion to kill you shouldn't he still have the need? It wouldn't just go away." Hoseok explained and all Jungkook could do was shrug. "He said he feels like he should but he knows he won't. Whatever that means." Jungkook rubbed at his temples just to release the stress building up. Rubbing his temples usually always helped with that. "So what now? You're going to protect him?" Hoseok asked as he leaned forward on his knees while Jungkook stayed quiet.

"... Taehyung's in this mess because of me." Jungkook came to realization. "If I didn't start a war between the vampires and hunters then Taehyung could have lived a normal human life, right?" Jungkook sat up and looked at Hoseok who was pouring himself another glass of wine. "We don't know that. Maybe it is your fault but... we can't be sure of that. That doesn't mean you owe it to him to save him." Hoseok tried to explain to Jungkook who only shook his head. "You don't get it Hoseok. Looking at Taehyung, I see Taesoo. The man I once loved in a body of someone I don't even know. If Taehyung dies... it's like I'm watching Taesoo die all over again and that is why I need to keep Taehyung safe."

"And If you fall for Taehyung?" Hoseok brought up the one possibility. Considering Taehyung looked like Taesoo and Jungkook looked at Taehyung as Taesoo, it was a big chance that Jungkook would fall for Taehyung, so what then? "I won't." Those words had Hoseok rolling his eyes. "And even if I do I won't persue a relationship with him. I just want to keep him safe Hoseok, that's all." Jungkook sounded more desperate with every word he spoke. "It's a bad idea Jungkook. I just- I don't have a good feeling about any of this." The boy stood up after finishing his second glass of wine.

Jungkook could tell seeing Taehyung freaked him out. Hoseok rarely ever drank wine and when he did it was to forget the memories in his head from making a comeback. Watching Hoseok leave the living room, Jungkook sighed and ruffled up his own hair before brushing it back and laying back on the couch. Was he really doing this for the safety of Taehyung or because even with the small amount of time together... Jungkook didn't want to be away from Taehyung? He was foolish for that but he smiled more with Taehyung.

Was this going to be worth it in the end though? Well, he'll find out soon enough.

Noon came around the next day and Taehyung was just then starting to wake up. It's been days since Taehyung was able to have a good sleep without waking up in the middle of the night. It was the same nightmare that would play in his head like a broken record. Taehyung knew it was a nightmare but he could never remember what he dreamt of and that was the annoying part of it all. Though that night he slept on Jungkook's bed gave him nothing but a good sleep. It even surprised Taehyung when he woke up and checked the time.

Slowly sitting up after kicking the blanket off, Taehyung scratched at his neck. With his messy bed hair, Taehyung took a look around the room. The memories of talking with Jungkook for hours before he fell asleep made Taehyung smile a tad bit but it all stopped when Taehyung saw the picture of Taesoo on the nightstand. Breathing in, Taehyung grabbed the picture and looked at it for some time. Mainly just comparing him to Taesoo. Wondered what Taesoo was like. Was Taesoo like him? Or did they have two seperate personalities?

Either way... this is who Jungkook saw when he saw Taehyung right? His ex boyfriend from literally a century ago. It was kind of upsetting honestly because Taehyung wanted to be seen by Jungkook as him, Taehyung but it was nearly impossible because of this now right? "Finally awake huh." Taehyung heard an unfamiliar voice which caused he to turn his head. The male Taehyung didn't recognize was Hoseok who held a plate full of food for Taehyung. "I don't usually cook but I figured since we have a guest, I might as well show some hospitality."

Placing the plate on the bed, Hoseok backed up after that and gave Taehyung his space. Not sure if Taehyung was comfortable around the whole 'vampire' idea and all. "Jungkook had something to take care of but he should be back any minute now." Hoseok smiled at Taehyung who remained quiet for a moment. "You're... Hoseok right?" Taehyung asked and Hoseok nodded. "Jung Hoseok. It's nice to finally meet you Taehyung." His voice was soft which only made Taehyung feel safer in the room with the male he didn't know.

Hoseok's eyes then wondered to Taehyung's hands where he saw the picture of Taesoo. Seeing that Hoseok was looking at his hands where the picture resided, he raised it. "I look just like him don't I? Without the curls atleast." Taehyung mumbled under his breath. "... Crazy isn't it?" Hoseok went to sit at the edge of the bed. "Insanely crazy." Taehyung agreed with Hoseok who nodded at that. "... How was Taesoo like? His personality?" Taehyung asked while looking at the picture. Really trying to make a person out of Taesoo just from the picture he held.

Hoseok breathed in and held it for a moment. Should he talk about Taesoo with Taehyung? Hoseok felt like Jungkook should be the one to do so but with that look in Taehyung's eyes made Hoseok want to speak about it. "Taesoo was... quiet. Didn't speak unless spoken to or if something got on his nerves then he'd make sure you know that it did. He loved wearing corsets... and was always nice, well mannered. His cooking was amazing." Hoseok smiled at his own memories with Taesoo. "Taesoo was kind of like Jungkook. Only cold to the people he didn't know but give him time to warm up to you and he'd never shut up."

"Complete opposite of me." Taehyung forced a smile before he put the picture down. "That should be good though. Maybe when people come to realize I'm not this Taesoo guy then they'll leave me alone. Or at least that's my hope." Taehyung breathed out before plasturing a smile on his face and turning towards the food that Hoseok made him. "But thank you for the food, and the information. I'll finish this and be out of your way." Taehyung bowed his head which made Hoseok chuckle a bit as he got up and left the room after telling Taehyung to enjoy his food.

Taesoo sounded like a man that made everyone around him happy. All around Taesoo sounded like a great person which made Taehyung slightly insecure about himself. Taehyung was always the loud one. Taehyung is repectful but sometimes he doesn't realize he does things he probably shouldn't do. Couldn't for the life of him cook a meal which was only because he lived in a van and mostly bought his food or got it from Jimin. Eating his food slowly, Taehyung had his mind clouded until there was a knock at the door and Jungkook came into view.
