Finally back home, Jungkook laid with Taehyung on the bed as the boy hugged him. Nothing shared between them but the comfort was all Taehyung needed. He'd been crying off and on every now and then but Jungkook expected that and was comforting Taehyung the best he could. His finger running up and down Taehyung's arm as he kissed the top of Taehyung's head. "... I love you Taehyung. More than anything in this world and yes, I'm stuck in the past of you being human but that's because I fell in love with you as a human. Though that doesn't mean I don't love you anymore."

Taehyung sniffled as he listened to Jungkook speak, "I feel sorry for you because... you didn't deserve this. You didn't deserve a life like this. Now you're going through such a big change and I feel like I'm the one to blame. I am the one to blame because I should have let you go the moment I had Yoongi in my grasp. Though everything was so perfect, you're perfect and I was selfish to keep you around. I look at you and I feel so bad because I was supposed to keep you safe and I wanted you to live out your life. Wanted you to grow old and have friends, normal human friends. Wanted you to have all those normal days with Jimin. I just... I wanted you to have that life I never had. Now you're a vampire."

Jungkook grabbed Taehyung's hand and smiled a bit, "Although I wanted that life for you... you wanted to be with me. So you were willing to become a vampire for me and you did. Taehyung... you did the stupidest thing but at the same time, I can't help but love you so much more than I did because... you love me that much that you were willing to change for me and you did... god you changed and I couldn't accept it. So I left you in the dark and I shouldn't have. I want you, I've always wanted you and I still do. I'm just mad that I couldn't keep my promise to you."

Jungkook sat up and looked at Taehyung who was still laying down. Cupping Taehyung's face, Jungkook smiled. "You're doing so good you know that? You're doing what I couldn't do. You didn't need to be caged up. You don't need to be watched around the clock. You stopped yourself before you went for that man. Even though it was just a few seconds, it was enough for me to find you. Taehyung, you did the impossible as a newbie and that makes me so proud of you. The urge to drink blood will always be there but you don't know how amazing you are right now."

Taehyung looked at Jungkook and tried to get out words but nothing came out so instead he just nodded and smiled at Jungkook. Hearing all that come from Jungkook made Taehyung less frantic? It felt like Taehyung was crumbling and everything was out of his grasp but really Taehyung had a handle on things. He just worried he was going to be alone once he did have a handle on all of it. "... Before Yoo-Yoongi killed me... he said you were going to break up with me." Taehyung finally spoke up and Jungkook looked stunned.

"I-" Jungkook started off though he couldn't lie about that. "I was.." Jungkook admitted and that made Taehyung want to cry more if he was being honest. "But that was before Taehyung. I was going to break up with you because I didn't want you involved. I realize now that you're involved and you're always going to be involved and if I'm being honest... I don't think I would have went through with it because I love you too damn much to let you go." Jungkook smiled at Taehyung who had tears falling down his cheek. "I love you Taehyung... so much and now we have eternity together. For as long as we are alive we have each other."

Taehyung looked a little happy at that as he thought about it. "Yo-You want to be with me?" Taehyung asked and Jungkook chuckled, "I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my lifetime with anyone else." Finally Jungkook accepted that he couldn't keep dwelling over the fact that Taehyung was no longer human. Taehyung was changing and he needed to be with Taehyung. This was the biggest change of his life and Jungkook didn't want to be wishing for human Taehyung when the other option could have been him living without Taehyung.

"What if I can't control myself with the bl-blood?" Taehyung sniffled and Jungkook shook his head, "I know you can. It'll take time but I know you'll overcome it. You're Kim Taehyung... you can do the impossible. I just know it." Jungkook kissed Taehyung softly and that made Taehyung smile and also feel like he had some hope. Now his emotions weren't all over the place and this talk was just really needed for Taehyung to calm down and stop listening to his deep inner thoughts. All he needed was Jungkook... and he had Jungkook.

Taehyung couldn't help but chuckle as he thought about the future and that made Jungkook hum as he waited for Taehyung to tell him what made him chuckle. "... Eternity huh? You sure you're ready for that? I can be quite a handful." Taehyung sniffled once again only because he was rather snotty and Jungkook looked away to drag his tongue over his bottom lip. Lifting up Taehyung's left leg as he then held it in place then looked at Taehyung. "Eternity with you doesn't sound too bad with you." He teased and Taehyung laughed, pulling Jungkook in for another kiss.

This time the kiss was pure and was actually meant to be just a kiss. The frustation the two had completely gone and their feelings were just complete. They completeed each other and that was all they needed but even so, they still had a lot to discuss. "I... I can't see Jimin though can I?" Taehyung already knew that answer but he needed Jungkook to confirm it which he did with a nod, "Not for a long while. Unless you plan to fake your death." Jungkook suddenly brought up and that caused Taehyung's eyes to buldge out of his eye sockets. "Fake my death?!"

Jungkook sucked in a breath and patted Taehyung's thigh. "I know that's crazy but Taehyung you're not... human. Your friends and everyone around you will age but you won't. Eventually they'll catch on and it's just easier to do this now than wait years. Especially since you're already going to be distancing yourself from the outside world for a while." Jungkook explained and Taehyung got that but faking his death? Sounded extreme. "I.. I haven't talked to my parents since they kicked me out so I don't care about them though Jimin... he's the only family I ever had and it would break him if he..." Taehyung couldn't even say it.

"Though I don't want Jimin to know about this. Maybe... Maybe I could say I'm going away for a while." For a while was an understatement as Jungkook looked at Taehyung. Though if Jimin was the only family to Taehyung then it shouldn't be that bad. "Maybe you can say that but you can't tell him where. No matter how bad you want to tell him, lying to him will be worse. You'll already be lying saying you'll be gone for a litle while." Jungkook reminded Taehyung who pouted sincen Jungkook was right. "And what about your job hm?"

Taehyung gasped at that as he remembered his fucking job. "I went to school for literally nothing. I died the same year I started working, unbelievable." Taehyung scoffed as he looked away. A little disappointed that he wouldn't be able to go back to work but it made Jungkook laugh at how silly Taehyung was being over work. "You can still work. In... twenty? years." Jungkook shrugged as Taehyung's jaw dropped. "Twenty?! You're kidding!" Taehyung sat up and Jungkook shook his head. "Twenty to thirty years to work in Seoul again. Out in the world you can work when you've controlled yourself."

Taehyung scoffed at that but then he started thinking about the future and what he could do. Now that he was thinking about it, the future and Jungkook... he was excited but atlas they still had quite a lot to worry about. "Jungkook!" Seokjin ran into the room which scared Taehyung who jumped a little but Jungkook looked towards Seokjin. A little bothered that Seokjin ruined their vibe. "I found him. He's in Daegu. I heard he was hiding out in an abandoned bar." Seokjin watched Jungkook stand up from the bed and grab his things.

"What- where are you going?" Taehyung looked at Jungkook who slipped on his shirt and grabbed a bag where he put in a wooden stake. "Jungkook-" Taehyung's eyes widened. "I texted you the location. Not sure if he's still there but if he's hiding out then he should be." Seokjin informed Jungkook who nodded. "And how did you find this information?" Jungkook asked although he didn't really care. "I've been around for too long Jungkook. I know people who know people." is all Seokjin said and Jungkook nodded as he then looked at Taehyung. "... You stay here okay? I'll come back once I finish what I need to finish."

Before Jungkook could think about leaving, Taehyung grabbed Jungkook and stopped him. "What do you mean by that exactly?" Taehyung asked and Jungkook sighed as he turned to Taehyung. "Taehyung... he killed you. He's damaged and I don't think anyone could fix that, not even him and if I don't kill him now then it's us who will be killed. It's him or us and I'll be damned if I'm going to let us be killed because of him." Jungkook said with determination before kissing Taehyung's forehead and leaving the boy who was speechless.
