"What!! No, please tell me you're joking." I shouted.

"I wish! But no kiddo I'm not kidding." Ronald answered, his eyes peering in mine

"You really want us to stoop that low?" Seb asked.

"Well, technically sir... we only need one of you to stoop that low." Shawn the advisor consulted us.

After listening to that Seb quickly backed off, literally he just stepped back and sat on the olive green sofa.

"Hey! I can't do that, I have a GF remember!" Seb protested, when I glanced towards him with popping eyes.

"So what?! You just want me to seduce a girl I don't even know?!" I defended myself.

"Well, not seduce sir... more like get to know her, have an acquaintance with h-"

"No!! I'm really sorry, I won't." I cut Shawn the betrayer mid sentence.

"Look kid, we've tried to find an opening for years now. That man is like Wall Maria." Ronald's voice rang and echoed in the white living room.

I took in his words as silence fell to this usually loud, chatty group.

"Ok, but..." I moved in closer to my grey bearded guardian, "If I recall you're still single, why don't you give it a try?" I pinched my eye lids for special effects and shoved my index finger in his chest.

The silence broke into laughter, "You!! Come here!" I ran away from his clutches.

After a few seconds of running, and failed attempts of catching, Shawn the bewildered asked, "I don't get it sir... will you be doing it? Or not?"

"I'll do it!" I stopped.

"He has no choice, he has to... after hurting me, my feelings... my heart." Ronald huffed.

"Oh, C'mon Ronald you'll find someone soon," Seb reassured him. "Someone who won't think of you as a Grandpa." He finished.

The group continued to laugh at his humiliation.

"Anyways, Shawn... Who is she?" I asked, cutting the laughter short.

"I don't quite know her name but... " He rubbed his chin, "From what I've seen she's around your age and is really beautiful." He finished.

"Well, Thank you! That actually helps a lot."

I looked around the living room for the first time, taking in the amazing artworks hung on the white walls. The colours were beautifully vivid on the white surface. Every stroke etched in my memory.

"So when will she come back?" Seb pulled me back to reality.

"I think her semester was just about to end, she must be quite close, sir." Shawn the almost normal Shawn answered.

I walked closer to where Shawn was standing, his stance rehearsed and proper, "Shawn I'll say this once," I paused as an aroma surrounded me, 'is this coconut?' "stop saying sir-sir please we're just kids." I finished.

"But sir, you're my ma-"

"PA-PA-PA-PA-PA just Rumi. And that's an amazing scent."

"Yes just Rumi this is the scent of my shampoo, would you like some, just Ru-"

"Shawn, Rumi ok R-U-M-I, Rumi not just not ok- Rumi! And yes give that to Seb he stinks."

I ignored Seb's protests and snatched him away from Shawn the creep.

"listen I'm not mentally prepared for this, I'm not even over her!!" I took Seb to my room.

"Rumi, my dearest friend-Rumi. When were you ever, under her?"
