The accuracy of them both is spectacular. The idea of Zuko getting all nervous and excited about liking/dating Sokka only to realize he just gave Katara another reason to kill him is probably my favorite.
And Zuko would totally be the quiet one in public and Sokka would never hold back from yelling just for the heck of it
