"Wait, what?" Dream stared in confusion,
George stared at him blankly, he was terrified Dream would be mad at him for not telling him earlier,
"You remember?" Dreams voice broke, " Why didn't you tell me?"
"Dream.." he was definitely mad, your so stupid George, you should've just told him when you knew you remembered everything. He'll never forgive you. George was overthinking it,
"How long have you remembered?" Dream stared at him in awe,
"Look I'm really sorry I didn't tell you earlier, I just thought the moment had to be special for when I told you. Serena has really messed things up recently and I was under stress and-"
Dream wasn't paying attention to Georges sympathy, Dream just didn't know how to take in the news, so he just continued to stare him dead in the eyes, trying his hardest to blink away the tears of joy? or at-least he thought it was tears of joy, he didn't know.
"But why didn't you just tell me what specifically happen before the incident, instead of me having to remember Dream?"
Dream thought about it for a few seconds, "Because theres always a girl messing it up, always someone in the way of us,"
"us?" George thought to himself,
"and I thought you would look at me differently for liking boys or something! I just hoped I would forget about it since you wouldn't remember, or at least I thought?"
"Dream, why would you think I would look at you differently for liking boys, you know I'm bi right? or atleast I think I am," (he has never stated he is bi irl, this is just for the stories sake)
Dream didn't know he was bi, "I don't know, you never really talked about that stuff so I thought you would look at me differently if I told you I was bi," (Again Dream has never said he is bi irl, just for the stories sake!)
"Dream of course I wouldn't look at you differently, Your my-"
Dream couldn't hold in the urge anymore, so he closed the gap between them. He held Georges chin while all of life's worries blew away in the winds. Life was perfect in this exact moment, if only it could always be like this.
Dream pulled away from what seemed like a minute, he wished longer, he wished forever
George just stared,
"Oh wait, I am so sorry, I probably shouldn't have done-"
George leaned in before he could finish his sentence. George made sure this kiss was the most passionate kiss Dream would ever receive,
George pulled away without saying a word and smiled softly, and laid back down.
Dream proceeded to lay back down as-well and star back at the stars. George shuffled closer to Dream and laid back down in the exact same position as the first time.
