If you take out my turquiose
You wouldn't know I'm a sea
If I don't show colors on sunrise
You wouldn't love me as for me
If my snow won't fall in winter
You wouldn't want me blooming in spring
If you pluck me out then I wither
You'd find another flower to bring
If you hide away my sun
You would get tired of my moon
If I bear you a son
You'll hate on my daughter soon
I know, whatever I do
Whether I bent backwards on the grass
I won't be enough for you
Love won't be enough to make us last

Verses of a Versifier (A Compilation of Poems)
PoetryThis book is a collection of my poems. They either sprang from my hatred, or love, or a song, or from my admiration of the cosmos, or from my longing for Momma, or any other things. I'm no Shakespeare, or Browning, or Poe so bear with my verses. :)
