When Touhou met MHA | Book 2: Barriers and Borders

Chapter 8

"Hey, haven't you heard?"

"Where are they?"

"I hope they're okay,"

"The heroes almost lost!"

There was a loud chatter in the hallways as the girls headed for their class. When they entered, everyone was gathered around Izuku Midoriya, Tenya Iida, and Shoto Todoroki. 

"What happened?" Sakuya asked.

"During the time at the hero agencies, they had to face Stain!" Ejiro Kirishima replied.

"Who's Stain?"

" Hero Killer, Stain!" Momo Yaoyorozu said. "One of the villains who killed the most pro-heroes!"

When they looked closely at them, they noticed that Izuku Midoriya's arms. They were wrapped completely in bandages. 

"Hello! Class 1-A," All Might said as he strolled into the classroom. "Today, we will be doing rescue training!"

"He explained how they had to compete in teams to reach him.

"The first group is: Midoriya, Iida, Sero, Ojiro, and Ashido!"

The five students went to their indicated places. The rest of them went to the center of the facility with a giant screen to watch.

"Start!"

Sero immediately started swinging from pipe to pipe using his tape. Ashido clung to buildings with her acid melting into them. Ojiro was bouncing from building to building using his tail. Iida was trying to balance of a pipe as his engines boosted him. Suddenly, they were all passed by Midoriya, who jumped and swung very quickly.

"Those moves..." Uraraka murmured.

Bakugou looked both abashed and angry at Midoriya as he noticed that the way he swung around was just like him!

Midoriya lost his concentration and fell, being last.

"Hanta Sero wins!" All Might announced. "Next team: Shoji, Uraraka, Todoroki, Koda and Mineta!"

They placed themselves to their indicated position.

"Start!" 

Mezo Shoji turned each of his tentacle into a hand and start swinging around. Ochako Uraraka made herself lighter and leaped from one building to the next. Shoto Todoroki made bridges of ice with his left foot and started gliding. Koji Koda summoned a giant flock of chickens, which didn't work since his weight dragged them down. Minoru Mineta tried using his balls to stick to objects.

"The winner is... Shoto Todoroki!" All Might announced. "Now its —"

He got interrupted as the sky became dark. The sun... wasn't a sun anymore. It turned into a moon. A jet of fire blasted into the air.

"Endeavour!?"

No... not Endeavour. It was a womanwith long white hair and red overalls who was fighting another woman with white hair but a blue and white dress. 

The one with red overalls had giant fiery wings and was blasting fire at the other, who dodged them easily and shot a volley of silver arrows. 

"Don't you even dare lay a finger on her!" She cried.

 "Ugh! I was just trying to help!" yelled the other. 

All Might told the class to stay put. He beckoned the four girls to follow him.

"Why them?" Tsuyu Asui asked.

"They missed the Hero Agency Internship, so I'll allow them to come to fill them in," All Might replied.

They went onto a nearby structure that was the closest the the fighting women.

"Who are they?" All Might asked in a low voice. "I'm figuring you know them as well,"

"The one with fire is called Mokou no Fujiwara. The other is Eirin Yagoroko," Sakuya replied. 

"Are they Youkai?"

"Eirin is," 

Eirin and Mokou stopped fighting as they noticed the watchers.

"Reimu!" Mokou called. She flew towards them and landed on the building. Her golden wings vanished as she approached. Eirin stayed in the air, glaring at them.

"What's going on!?" Reimu shouted in surprise.

"I saw you fighting monsters so I decided to warn Eirin about it," 

"So why are you fighting then?"

"Eirin thought it was a trick to lure her away so I could go fight Kaguya," Mokou replied, rolling her eyes.

"So it's true then," Eirin said as she landed on the building as well. "Should I kill him? He seems to know a lot about Gensokyo,"

"Don't try. We need him to defeat the outside world villains,"

"You do realize I'm standing right here," All Might interrupted warily. "And can you please make the sky normal?"

Eirin shrugged and turned the moon back into a sun and the sky became a bright blue again.

"We'll go," Mokou said. "For now,"

They leaped off the building and disappeared.

All Might and the girls joined the rest of the class.

"We'll have to stop early because of what just happened. Go back and change,"

When the girls were in the changing room, Kyoka Jiro suddenly pressed one of her jacks into a hole in wall. They heard a scream on the other side.

"We should patch in up immediately!" Momo said, looking disgusted.

While changing, they could hear a Minoru Mineta screaming, "MY EYE! MY EYE!" 

After school, the girls were walking on the streets, looking for Mokou and Eirin.

"Psst! In here!"

Marisa felt a tug on her arm as they walked into an almost hidden alleyway. Mokou set a finger ablaze.

"So...," Reimu asked. "How did you get here?"

"We fought until we reached the barrier and fell into the hole, ending up in a closet. We couldn't stop so we just broke out," Eirin explained. "Speaking of which... I have to go back to protect Kaguya!"

"You don't have to," a voice said.

A girl with a red dress and a pink long-sleeved shirt descended.

"Hello, Mokou," She said softly.

"Rngh," Mokou replied, glaring.

"So this is the outside world, huh?" Kaguya murmured. "Looks better then the view on the moon,"

"You need to go back," Sanae said. "We can't have Youkai running around in the outside world too!"

"Oh... ok," 

They led them to their blasted mansion and to the portal.

"You need to get a new closet," Kaguya remarked.

"Because your nurse and your nemesis broke through it," Reimu replied.

They watched them step into the door.

"I can maybe try to fix this door," Sakuya said.

"How?"

"Watch,"

Sakuya focused her ability onto the broken pieces of the closet. She reversed the time of the closet and the pieces flew back together, like a video played backwards.

"Done,"

They walked towards their bedrooms until suddenly the closet exploded! Mokou and Eirin were grappling again! Why are they fighting again!?

YES! I finally managed to write this. Sorry for keeping you waiting! Someone suggested adding Mokou. So here she is! I'll try to speed up my writing speed so the chapters will come out earlier. SLuigi out!
