Chapter 5 - Eclipse Partner

Main focus: Gai the Umbreon, Pearl the Espeon

Featuring: Gai the Umbreon, Pearl the Espeon, Silvia the Sylveon

While Gai and Pearl were waking through the park, several pairs were kissing there deeply in love as the Umbreon and Espeon walk passed them Gai did a huge big sigh.

"What wrong Gai?" Pearl asks

"Nothing it's just...them all kissing....it makes me a little...jealous...I may be awesome....but...aside from my sister no one has ever kissed me before, not on the lips neither the cheek."

Pearl looks at him with a sad expression, while scratching her ear

"I see, but you see, I got to know you as such a great guy, I am sure you will find love , and get your kisses and hugs every day then!"

Gai smiles at that and dares to carefully stroke her cheek

"I just wonder why you not have a boyfriend yet Pearl, seriously you have not creepy traits like me, and you are kind, pretty and full of action and surprises, and you can be ...just so calming!"

Gai could feel how this words came directly out of his heart, as they made Pearl blush quite much in a beautiful red shade, made even prettier by the evening sun!

They continue walking and eventually arrive at the treehouse

"Okay here we are!" Pearl said opening the door

"Yea, I wish it could go a little longer but you got stuff to do and I guess Silvia would worry about me not coming home! I mean we..:"

He suddenly was silenced by Pearl pulling him into a kiss on the cheek.
Deeply red he just looked at her, then closes his eyes to take it in. His first kiss! Her lips were so soft! Never would he have dreamed that she would do this, and just now!

She then pulls away on a very happy but irritated Umbreon

"Before you ask any questions! It was a thank you for everything you have done, and I also wanted you to know how it feels like! It means nothing but that! Which doesn't mean it does not mean much to me!" Pearl said answering before he could ask anything on his own

"Also, red looks cute on you!" the Espeon jokes with a smile

Gai shakes it off

"Thank you so much, so that's how it feels....it was.....quite nice to say the least!"

They share their goodbye and go home.

Some weeks have pass, and Gai feeling for pearl get stronger and stronger. Pearl and Black eventually talk out their differences and decide to be best friends they can be for each other. Pearl manages to be over Black and decides to focus on another future without him as a mate. She still has doubt about that ...but with the help from Speed, Gai and her friends she can stay true to that decision.
Also Speed and Lazuli got closer to each other and eventually become "friend".
However now that Black is no more love interest for her, who will replace him as the eclipse partner.? Thats the big question on Pearl mind. Pearl is still eager to find love after all.

6 weeks later
Ding dong!

"I got it!" Pearl says assuring everybody they don't have to answer the door.
"Oh hey Silvia, how are you, you want see Black I assume?"

Silvia shakes her head
"I want to see you Pearl!" Sylvia says smiling big time

"Me, why me?"

Suddenly a big worry thought hit her

"Oh no, did something happened to Gai?"

Silvia shakes her head

"No, but it's cute how you worry about him, but why I am here has to do with him! Would you please follow me without asking any questions?"

"O-kay..." Pearl said confused, wondering what Silvia is up too.

Happy and excited Silvia jump-walks in front of Pearl who is still wondering what the Sylveon and her brother could be up too.

If it was Silvia main idea, it maybe was just something silly and little funny, but if it was from Gai idea, she really had no idea, it could very well be something very pleasing.

That thought makes her indeed a little excited.

The Sylveon stops on a big meadow where Gai stands before a heart out of red flower pedals.

Something is written in it.
Beside the heart was a copy of the romantic book Pearl was reading in the very first part of this story written by life where the whole chaps with Black started.
The name of the book is called "Where is my eclipse?"
Pearl always thought this eclipse would be Black. She hoped it, she wished it, she worked towards it! But things changes, and now someone new is ready for her.
The pedals in the heart spell "I wanna be your eclipse partner!"
"G-Gai this is beautiful! Sorry I ask this but this is not some kind of joke is it?"

Gai carefully steps towards her, visibly nervous but still ready to do this.

"Pearl, in the past few weeks of our time together I developed feeling for you, and now that your over Black, I want you to know that I would like to ask you out? Will you give me a chance, most beautiful Espeon in the world?"

Pearl couldn't almost not believe it, all this was just so deeply romantic.

Pearl thought about it, and reflected everything they had been through together in the past weeks. How much fun they had, and how great of a support against Black rejection he was.

"You know what? Why not? I don't have feelings for you yet, but I am willing to try this, cause you are an fantastic Umbreon to me now! I know you mean it with all your heart, so my answer is yes!"

Gai jumps in joy upon hearing this

"Oh my arceus oh my arceus she said yeeees!" Sylvia screams very euphoric and hugs her brother and her friend

"I am so happy for you two!"

"Me too sis, me too!" says Gai now freed from all nervousness

"I promise you Pearl I will do my best for you!" He says and hugs Pearl this time without his sister

Pearl hugs him back tighly.

She proceeds to then kiss his nose, which makes Gai blush big time.
"I am sure about that, my dear Umbreon!"
So in the end, Pearl has finally found her Eclipse partner!

The end of Chapter 5

I am still gonna continue this series I am not gonna end it there. I want a "Perfect" Ending so I am still continuing this series. Oh I also have a question should I put some lemon in it wait! Don't  answer that question I am not gonna put some lemon probably... well see ya in the next chapter bye!
