Jason slams his fist at the smiling demon. He would block his punch, brushing his arm aside, parrying him. He would grab Jason's neck and drag him into the air. He whips him towards machines that were abandoned long ago.
Bits of metal, gear and wires rain when Jason crashes into them. He'll probably need to write some apology letters for the destruction of the inventions.
A lot of them. Because there's a limit to his elemental energy, he cannot fight as much nor does he have any experience, unlike Jacob and Dennis.
Jason would grab a metal rod that rolls on the floor from a recent invention that he crashed recently. With his transformed arm, he throws the rod at the demon that somehow impales his shoulder, pushing him back. A demon has superior strength compared to a human.
The demon would chuckle. "Nice use of resources. Try doing that more often," he would grab the metal rod that is soaked in blood, and pull it out of his shoulder with minimum effort.
A demon also has superior endurance compare to a human.
Out of desperation, Jason sprints at the demon. It caught the demon off guard as he stumbles, unaware of Jason's behaviour. He would thrust his claw straight into the demon chest, as his nails slowly sink into the hardened flesh of the demon. Doing this, it was guaranteed that he won the fight.
So he thought.
Looking up, he sees the demon giving a sinister smile. Why didn't it work?
"Seems that you forgot to use your elemental energy, the most obvious thing in a fight," his large hand would grab Jason's head. He would drag him into the air again and whip him across the room, causing him to break more inventions.
More apology letters.
Because Jason was so focused on his limitation on fighting, he was worried about his elemental energy, but that only cause him to fly.
Again.
Groaning, Jason manage to climb out of the rubbles of the broken inventions and debris from the building due to his impacts.
Scanning the room, he notices Jacob throwing one of the men in black across the room as he pulls him over his shoulder.
Is throwing people the strongest method in combat right now?
The other men in black would tackle Jacob from behind, holding him from behind. Jacob would struggle but would slam his foot at the man's foot.
Jason notice that Jacob created cracks on the floor as if he broke the floor along with the man's foot.
Just how much power did he use to stomp on his foot in order to break the floor?
That's actually terrifying.
The man release Jacob, obviously, and Jacob takes the opportunity to drag the man to the ground which comes with a punch in the face, knocking him out. The punch would make the man slam his head into the ground, creating a dent on the floor.
Again, how much power?
Jason notices his opponent was approaching him with his usual sinister smile. Jason would rise from the ground and rush at the demon once again. He would claw the demon's side as he runs past him, following up with a cast of purple smoke towards the demon.
Poison gas is released from his claw's fingertips. Using his elemental energy means that the chance for him for encountering Magic Exhaustion increases.
The smiling demon would start to frown as if he is growing tired. He would gesture his glowing hand upwards, as flames rise from the ground, burning and masking the gas with the smell of their own.
