"Well, this is a great way to spend a Saturday." Henry said.
"I have never had detention before." Charlotte said
"I'm kind of nervous." Jasper muttered.
"If you hadn't made us late for class, we wouldn't be here." Elvira said.
"I was choking on a pretzel." Jasper said sadly.
"Well, why you always got to be choking on something?" Charlotte asked angrily.
"Uh, give him a break." Henry said. "It's not Jasper's fault he has a petite throat."
"It's average!" Jasper exclaimed.
"Hey, who's in charge of detention anyway?" Charlotte asked.
"Vice Principal."
"Dickers." Elvira said as the vice principal walks in.
"Morning, waz-bags." Dickers said. "Detention is that way, in the library. Get ready for the worst day of your lives." ********************************************** "Well, well, its 7:06 AM here in Swellview . That means in Australia, it's yesterday. Or tomorrow." The vp said as Jasper raised his hand.
"You know, in Australia, when you flush the toilet, the water swirls backwards." Jasper said.
"You clowns are gonna sit here all day, and think about why you're in detention." Dickens told them. "Now, cellphones, let's have them. Why? Because in detention, there are no phone calls."
"What about texting?" Henry asked.
"No."
"Email?"
"No!"
"Can we play Grumpy Gerbils?" Elvira asked.
"I can't get past level 23." Jasper sadly said.
"Zip it, corn pie."
"Can we have corn pie?"
"Shut up!" The vp yelled holding a box. "Phones! Now, I'm going to put your box of phones right here." Dickens said, putting the box on top of a bookshelf. "What, "princess"?"
"I was just wondering what the plan is for lunch." Elvira said.
"Well if you pre-turds get hungry, there's a big plate of tuna right here!" Dickens said pointing to it.
