HETERIZE
(v.) to make other or different; to transform
'Heterize' is quite a fascinating word, in my opinion. It doesn't sound too fancy or mind-jumbling like some of the others, so you can still use it in your writing without it seeming out of place. And it sort of rolls off the tongue if you try to say it, y'know?
Examples:
It was breath-taking and beautiful really, as you watch the weaver at the loom, like a spider weaving their cobweb, heterizing silk into a masterpiece.
He laid a single white rose upon the grave, fresh tears spilling over his lashes. Such a small, beautiful flower could be heterized into having such a meaning.
